Whereas I am not thrilled with Lovepop changing their Rewards Program, I am very thankful to Joy and Mary for arranging a "last chance" discount. I have been a customer for quite some time and did not realize that the Rewards program was being discontinued. I will continue to purchase cards and send them to family and friends.

Love the quality and beautiful variety of cards you have to offer!

My card was lost in the mail. They refunded my money and sent me another card. Expediated shipping. They were great to work with.

The nuns I sent the card to loved the Jesus Easter card they received and that made me feel great.

Had a bit of trouble receiving the "password reset" email, but after I called and spoke to Customer Service, the lady who helped me was able to resolve everything.

Unfortunately, the old Loyalty Rewards program was discontinued, but that won't stop me from purchasing LovePop cards in the future!

I was confused about the packaging, but the agent was kind and helpful.

Great products and amazing customer service! Highly recommended.

Lovepop’s customer service is extraordinary. I had a slight problem (of my own making) with an order. Several representatives from the company sent kind emails helping take care of the issue. The cards are always delightful and the care that goes into them also goes into taking care of customers.

Great Customer Service. Quick response to email and quick solution, reliable and responsive.

The customer happiness team is successful and caring. This is a company worth doing business with. I have ordered several cards already, and I will order more!

I am so incredibly sorry for the confusion and any frustration this has caused. I completely understand why you are feeling losing confidence in our process, and I want to clear everything up for you right now.

To clarify: the order you saw canceled (#XXXXXX) was actually a duplicate replacement order for the Dragonfly Mother’s Day card. When I checked your original order, I saw that your Dragonfly card is already safely scheduled for a May delivery as you intended.

However, I hear you loud and clear that the Mahjong card is the one that never arrived. I would be more than happy to send a fresh replacement of the Mahjong card out to you immediately.

To make up for the trouble, I will expedite the shipping at no additional cost to you. Could you please confirm if this is still the correct address for the replacement?

I ordered two cards recently. One was the mahjong card and the other was the dragonfly mother's day card. I had both of them personalized with a photo and a note. The mahjong card was never delivered. Then the Dragonfly order was canceled when I never requested cancellation. Customer service IS responsive but it responded with NOT satisfactory responses. I wanted the Mahjong card to be re-printed and re-delivered, and I wanted the Dragonfly card to be sent to my mother near Mother's Day as I ordered. I hope LovePop sees this complaint and responds to me and provides a satisfactory resolution, which would be to send both cards as I had ordered. Even better would be to give me credit for the inconvenience and stress of dealing with their failed delivery of one order and the abrupt cancellation of the other order.

I always loved this company's products cause of their GREAT quality. GREAT. I had an experience recently that put Lovepop over the top and moon for me. A representative Mary emailed me a lovely greeting since I had just placed a order. Turns out I needed to cancel my order due to mistakes so I can place another order with the correct information. So with all that said and done here comes my Knight in Shining Armor Mary to save my day cause it would of been a disaster if that card had gone out to recipient so I'm sweating bullets. Mary helped me every step of the way and came away with the results I wanted. I went from sweating bullets to dodging a bullet all thanks to Mary. She's a credit to her profession and deserves a raise immediately in my humble opinion.

Promptly answered my question and helped resolve my issue.

I have been purchasing cards from Lovepop for quite a while, and get many appreciative comments from the recipients. They are unusual and creative, and the ability to include a personal note in most of them is an added bonus - because who normally takes the time to write a note and mail it?

Customer Service is also terrific - responsive, understanding of the issue, and quick to help to resolve it. I asked whether I could still use a discount that had expired just the day before (I missed seeing the email that day it came) and they worked it out to give me the discount.

I also love the fact that shipping is free if you purchase a relatively low qualifying amount.

When there was a problem, Lovepop was quick to respond and resolved the issue without any issues. Thank you Lovepop for exceptional products and great support services!

I highly encourage you to purchase for family and friends! Who would expect something like this to show up in your mailbox, how fun!

Tried 1st time online. Quick detailed answers but ended up also conveying with a live person. They have the nicest people in their customer service!!
Their inventory is awesome!!
But another flaw and found order still not in the system. Very sad an frustrated. Mary at the the other end of my phone was wonderful and order is on its way. I am so excited. She deserves a bonus‼️$$$❣️

I’ve been buying and sending LovePop cards for several years; it’s the only card line that regularly gets a note from the ‘Birthday Person’ commenting on the card, not just my good wishes. Recently for the first time ever a shipment from the company was stolen from my porch. LovePop replaced the shipment at no cost and zero hassle - even sent the replacement via expedited shipping all at no cost to me.

In summary a distinctive card, superb customer service!

I, and everyone I send one to, love these cards. They are truly unique. They have a large variety for every occasion. Recently I required assistance on an order from customer service and they were immediately responsive, friendly and very helpful. Highly recommend.
