Great place with excellent service and very friendly welcoming staff

Wonderful team

Everyone at loveteeth are so friendly. The receptionists were friendly and kind. I had a routine check and filling with Dr Sham, she was very gentle and explained everything to me. She made me feel very comfortable and at ease. I definitely recommend!

The overall experience at love teeth is just amazing. All the staff are welcoming and the practice itself is very modern. I had my composite bonding done by Dr Sham, and honestly I couldn’t have asked for a nicer smile! Made me so much more confident I’m so grateful!

Superb, friendly, personal service. Having taken my kids there, they are comfortable with the whole team and surroundings. I was stuck with my old dentist for years and just went along with the process, now I know I should have made the move a long time ago. Amazing dentist and thoroughly recommended.

Just amazing from the start the girls booking my appointment asking what days and times I would prefer 👍 the practice itself I was booked in was at there there stonecot branch just beautiful I kept looking around could not believe I was at a dentist the receptionist just so helpful and welcoming
I saw dr deryn she was great explained everything and her nurse was so gentle and kind , I then went on to see the tco thank you colette for just making it all go so smoothly , now looking forward for my new smile make over 🦷💕

WOW, The clinic felt more like a 5 star hotel than a dental practice, the staff all so welcoming, friendly and down to earth, my consultation with Dr Patel was well explained and he listened to my concerns.

I had the opportunity to see how my smile would look after treatment and I was sold, reasonably priced, amazing clinic, would highly recommended

Iv been wanting to improve my smile for years but never had the confidence to do so, I finally got a consult at love teeth 6 months ago and went for the ABC plan and I can honestly say it the best decision Iv made. From the very start they have looked after me the dentist explaining the whole process I then saw a treatment coordinate who explain all payment options and I was able to stay in contact with her throughout whole journey I honestly couldn’t be happier with my experience and smile. So thank you to the love teeth team.

I have had Invisalign done with Dr Sham and bonding done with Dr Michal, I still currently see Dr Deryn in stonecot for checkups making sure I look after my pearly white smile 😁 such a lovely place with absolutely stunning staff you have to go see it for yourself, all my family and friend have gone straight after seeing my teeth! They are very well organised, everything is just such a Flo with love teeth!

For anyone who's scared of dentists come here! Everyone here is so friendly, welcoming and professional. Dr Michal is amazing. I've been seeing him for a few months now for Invisalign treatment, he talks me through what's happening and generally cares about his patients. I couldn't recommend this dentist enough. Thank you Love Teeth for looking after me

This is my second review of love teeth Stonecot, as they never seem to surprise me with their genuine care and positive attitude. I came back home yesterday from my appointment, saying (once again) how lovely everyone is, and how happy I am that I chose love teeth!
I finished my Invisalign treatment back in March 2022, but still return with my DenPlan for regular hygienist appts etc. I had to return a lot sooner yesterday due to needing a re-glue with my fixed wire and the whole team were once again just so lovely, from the lady who booked my appointment on the phone at short notice to lovely Eloise on the front desk!
Eloise is always SO welcoming, and warm when stepping into Love Teeth Stonecot and your always guaranteed to have a good ole chat and giggle while waiting for your name to be called. She really does make the whole patient experience, she’s been so lovely to me, so genuine, professional, always smiling, and will go above and beyond, even when I was the last appointment of the day, I definitely didn’t know it! They gave me a little bottle of water and lip balm also as an added lovely gesture.
Thanks SO SO much once again to Michael, who is an absolute lifesaver for fitting me in, and is the absolute best for fixing my wire! Always feel in such safe hands with Michael, you really are the best of the best!

I want to warn people before they go down this path that this practice is full of sales people, not dentists. In 2018 they sold me 'the wedding package' at a wedding fair. I had invisalign for 7 weeks but I was still charged the full amount (Over £2k). The team always assured me the work is gaurunteed for 5 years, but it turns out that that is only true if you pay for yearly check ups - funnily enough they never told me that and now that my teeth have started to move again, it needs to be redone. They tried to charge me a full amount again. The plastic retainer you sleep with always breaks and you have to pay to replace it. The amount they charge varies on how much you push back on them. The wire also breaks all the time. They always want you to go in to the practice, this is so they can sell to you. The customer service is really bad, there is a big disconnect between reception and the people that treat you. I have decided to cut my losses just because I can't ever seem to get a timely response... I was about to spend another £700 with them to rectify their initial mistake/shoddy work, but I have decided to embrace my wonky teeth instead of being ripped off.

I haven't been happy with my teeth discolouration for a little while so spoke to Megna Shah about whitening possibilities. The process I went through was simple, easy and delivered results which far exceeded my expectations. It took around 6 weeks (would have been quicker if Christmas hadn't got in the way) and I'm absolutely delighted with the results.
