From helping us choose the hotels — thoughtfully considering accessibility to the women’s entrances of both Masjid al-Haram and Masjid an-Nabawi — to organising seamless transport, every aspect was handled with care and professionalism. From airport pickup to ziyarah tours in both Makkah and Medina, and transfers between the two cities, the entire experience was smooth and well-coordinated.

The trip was completely stress-free and allowed us to focus fully on our Ibadah without any worries. The rates were very reasonable too, and staying at The Address was a highlight — we absolutely loved it!

The trip was extremely well organised and each part of it was well planned and ran according to our expectations and time. Transfers, trips, pick ups, in an extremely well maintained modern ac luxury coach. Hotel at Medina was 5 star plus for space in rooms, location and breakfast. The hotel in Mecca was the only down side. Loved the shopping mall in the basement but distance from Al Haram made it impossible to pray all prayers there and it’s size made it impersonal with basic tasteless mass produced breakfast and rooms tight for 3 people occupying as we were, never mind 4 as it was designed for. I would recommend this company perhaps to use a different hotel in future. Would definitely book again with this company.

Fantastic experience with LoveUmrah. We booked through them earlier in the year and went on Umrah in December. Everything went flawlessly including the transfers and ziyarats. The whole trip was organised so well and we did not have any problems at all whilst we were out there.I honestly cannot recommend them enough, if you want a smooth and stress free Umrah then you should definitely book with them! Had a great first umrah experience. We were travelling as a group of 10 and none of us had been before. Love Umrah were great at answering all questions and ensured we had the package most suited to our needs and budget.
Everything was brilliantly organised by them from visas, accommodation, transfers from airports and between Makkah and Madinah. They also arranged our ziyarahs and were prompt and patient.

We just returned from our Umrah trip which LoveUmrah helped up to book. Alhamdulillah everything went brilliantly. Whilst booking the trip they accommodated all our needs with regards to hotels, flights, transport and pricing.

Best company love UMRHA I will recommend to friend and family

I found Love Umrah through facebook marketing, i decided to go to Saudi Arabia to perform umrah with my family. I was told by family and friends not to use them as they are based in London and I live in Manchester. There is a lot of gossips and you hear stories of travel agents taking your money and gone. Anyway I started talking with them on WhatsApp and told them of my requirements. Honestly these guys are every experienced in what they do, they went back and forth for me to get the package I wanted at the price i thought it was reasonable for me. I shopped around locally and compared love umrah’s price. I was very happy and felt assured when the brothers and sisters from Love Umrah spoke with me on the phone and explaining everything, and I decided to make my reservation through them. They even helped to change my hotel which was non refundable, to a hotel of my choice, after I explained that my brother who just recently visited Saudi Arabia advised me to change hotel to a one more near to the haram. ALHAMDULILLAHHH these brothers done good for me, may Allah give them barakah in their business. Truly happy with the service and the package I got from Love Umrah.
