I was honest about what I thought of Lovevery kits that we subscribed to for over a year for our son. I posted a comment saying that most of the toys will go untouched and it’s not a great value considering. They deleted the comment on instagram. I tried again, deleted. The comment was polite, straightforward and constructive. Companies that actively remove all critical feedback should not be supported.
Fraudulent company
Seems like a fraudulent company. They only deliver prepaid kits if you chase them after they are overdue. This happens every time without excuse. Also, sometimes they just leave out items of the kit!!! Wouldn’t order again!

Fraudulent company
Fraudulent company. Despite me telling them twice to cancel my subscription they continue to take payment. They also never refunded me when I returned the parcel despite proof the parcel arrived. They claimed they had refunded me but the funds never reached my account. I have raised an investigation with Amex who will be flagging them as a fraudulent company. Make sure you order on credit card for consumer protection. Hopefully their crooked activities will be put to an end when law enforcement gets involved.

Playkits not delivered and the worst customer service
My sister gifted my son the Lovevery playkits subscription for a year. Since August 2024 2 kits were delivered no problem. Since January 2025 I’ve been expecting my 3rd kit. I followed up after 1 week assuming it was delayed due to the holidays. Fast forward to now, mid-Feb, I still haven’t received my 3rd NOR 4th playkit for my son, despite contacting customer service countless times. They are so slow to respond with no actual helpful updates other than they don’t know why but there is a customs issue (packages were delivered no problem before) or do not respond at all. I’m so disappointed and have now requested a refund so I can purchase toys somewhere else.
From great to horrible
I had a subscription from 2023 until present. I was a loyal customer who bought additional sets with no problem until late 2024.
I was planning on the December set to be my daughter’s Christmas. It didn't come in. I checked the app and it said it wasn't due until early January. I paid for this box in advance so I got her something else.
January passed by. No box. I checked in with them. No response.
Beginning of February no box. It still said it was fixing to ship almost three months late. Please note it said the same thing in late December with no ETA. So it looked like my box was fixing to ship without it actually shipping.
I decided to politely escalate my search as I still had no response.
They did away with the call center. Now they have a customer service number that's text only.
Nothing is with real people anymore, only bots. And no, it wasn't this way before September 2024. As I dealt w real people prior. That's not the case anymore.
I did get my account cancelled and received a full refund but I had to steam roll them. I will tell you how to do this so you can get one too.
Get screen shots of everything. Order numbers. Multiple shipments. Get screen shots of your repeated attempts to get ahold of them.
I sent all these to their text customer service hotline. I was given the run around.
Frustrated, I cancelled my account on the website. I was told I would be fully refunded for all unshipped boxes.
I went to Facebook. I made responses about my dissatisfaction on their public page. I received a response the next day. They gave me only a partial refund as the bot reassured me that my box is on the way.
Please know they did this to others. I pushed back hard. I told them this status was unchanged from late December. Its very unlikely I'm going to ever receive my box. I want a refund for that one too as its unshipped. Failure to do will result with me filing a customer state with my state’s attorney general’s office in 5 days.
Within two hours, I received a full refund. They told me my box was on its way but I'm not holding my breath.
Please take this info and use it. I provided it here to assist other parents like me.

Ordered 10 days ago. My item was not shipped and no updates from the company. They did not respond to my emails and no updates on when and if they will send me. Stay away. They have nice products but TERRIBLE service. Unless you have the patience to wait for weeks and have to send them numerous emails. I am wondering how this company operates like that.
Unreliable Delivery & Poor Customer Service – Avoid!
I placed an order for The Adventurer Play Kit (Order #UK-ATQWCMIBUV05C) on 23rd December 2024, with an expected delivery date of 30th December 2024. However, despite multiple follow-ups, Lovevery has failed to deliver the product or provide a concrete update.
After patiently waiting, I first contacted them on 11th January 2025, only to receive an automated response. On 20th January 2025, a human agent assured me that my order had been flagged for immediate processing, yet weeks later, there has been complete radio silence—no tracking details, no shipment confirmation, and no further communication.
This pattern of taking payments but failing to deliver on time, combined with the lack of accountability, is highly unprofessional. Future buyers, beware—if you’re considering purchasing from Lovevery, be prepared for frustrating delays and poor customer support. I regret trusting this company and strongly urge others to think twice before ordering.

Shocking customer service. Sent my package to the wrong address, haven’t received any emails back regarding this. Also they aren’t cheap. Not impressed
Appalling customer service
The kits are great however I am still waiting for my son’s kit to arrive nearly 3 weeks after it is expected. Don’t expect your kits to arrive when they say they will. Appalling customer service, such a shame it’s not met with the quality of the kits themselves which are great. They are aimed at specific ages so my son is missing out .

As per all the previous reviews about customer service, my experience was worse than the poor creatures in any Kafka novel. Beyond appalling and please do not ever use this company. In the end I had to get my credit card provider to provide a refund as the incompetent chatbots that they seem to use could not grasp even the most simple requests.

After two months, they charged me all the money for the new kit, but the shipment is not even planned after a month. They say they’re busy, but the result is they take my money and I never received the new kit.

I have been a long time subscriber but I ordered over the black friday promotion and it's been 2 months and I have not received my order.
I have tried to contact them many times to understand when I will receive my order but have just had generic 'we are busy due to the holidays' responses and I have been promised updates that never come.
I have now not received a response to any of my messages via email and their online form.
I have also requested a refund and heard nothing.
Their products are excellent when they arrive. Their customer service is poor. And being busy is not an excuse for poor customer service.

Sadly customer service has been appalling. Ordered a kitchen and playshelf after regularly subscribing to play kits and being happy with quality. Took advantage of the black Friday sale. Hit with customs charges of £120. Items then didn't arrive and I've been chasing a response and resolution since November its now January and they still have half of my money. I've been speaking to Amelie but it takes weeks and multiple attempts to get responses, being told items are shipped and on the way when they arent and apparently lost, I can't speak to a real person on the phone and if I use social media it says its not the same customer service for the UK so can get nowhere. Toys are great if you can get them but they really need to sort out orders as I'm not the only one going through this
Awful customer service, costly kits with age-inappropriate items
The birth-12 month kits were ok. The following age group kits are not as age-appropriate as advertised, and the “replacement parts” are a complete joke as they are extremely costly since you can’t get single replacement pieces. Customer service is terrible and will send generic copy-and-paste responses rather than answering your specific questions. I’ve had enough and walked away. Save your time and your sanity.
wonderful products, terrible customer service
We are very loyal customers and love their products. But as soon as you need to contact customer service the experience is more than frustrating.
Lovevery cancelled one of our orders, leading to many issues with future orders. I have contacted them around 10 times and wasted hours to fix issues Lovevery caused themselves, but it's like talking to a wall.
I really like their products, but I don't understand how this company cares so little about their customers.
Play kitchen partly delivered, customer service non existent
I ordered a play kitchen on December 5, 2024. Only part of the product was shipped to my home address. It is now 15 January 2025 and customer service has not yet resolved this matter. I was replied to only once since 22 December by their customer team, the delay is absolutely ridiculous. Half of the kitchen is built and I've ordered this product over a month ago, it's so upsetting.

I ordered a play kit for my kid once as I wanted to see the quality etc. The quality was fine but as my newborn wasn’t especially fond of the kit I decided not to order more. Huge was my surprise when the money was taken from my bank account and order was placed because of my “subscription”. However I hadn’t subscribed, I didn’t even have an account!!! BUT as it turns out you don’t need an account to be subscribed and in my opinion it is so unethical. And to unsubscribe you have to CREATE an account. That is simply wrong in my opinion.
And now I’m trying to contact anyone from the team to cancel this order. Unfortunately it looks like there is no one to talk to as I’m waiting almost a week now.
To conclude- I wish I would have red the reviews before making an order as this is simply unacceptable. Wouldn’t recommend this company to no one.
