Wonderful service. The technician, Belmont Hernandez,b was polite, knowledgeable. helpful and found a significant problem in the outgoing dryer tube on his first visit. I was able to have it fixed and he returned and finished his job. He spent a total of 3 and a half hours and did an amazing job, also saving me from a potential fire. I will ask for him again and recommend Lowes to all my friends. Great service and employees worth keeping.

Great experience with Lowe's Air! Scheduling an appointment was easy and Luis from Lowe's was great. He called ahead of the scheduled time window to give me an update on the time he would arrive, arrived on time, and was very professional and thorough while he was cleaning the ducts in my home. We'll be using Lowe's again on our other home!

The price was great but the service was better. They really took their time explaining everything, pointed out where things needed addressing and did a stellar cleaning job with pictures to prove it!

This is the 2nd time, I had Lowes come out to clean my vents and dryer vent. Just like the 1st time, their personel Julio was courteous, polite, and efficiently cleaned all my vents. I highly recomend them and will have them come back every year for the dryer vent and every 2 yrs on my HVAC vent system.
