Lowes warranty/repairs

We purchased a Maytag washer dryer combo at Lowes on Sept 13, 2024! The washing machine has ceased to operate on four different occasions. The same repairman returns today for the fifth effort. His previous visits, plus parts costs, would more than pay for a new machine!! Lowes store manager told me that after three visits, if they couldn't repair, they would replace. They have done neither! I can not recommended Lowes warranty program as they continue to give us the run-around and we continue to support the laundromat.

These jerks are nothing but petty thieves. They WILL NOT LET YOU PAY YOUR BILL UNTIL ITS LATE. ALL FOR THE $39.00 LATE FEE. A LARGE CORPORATION THAT IS NOTHING MORE THAN A PUNK PICK POCKET STYLE THIEF. SO DISGUSTING.

Extremely Frustrating Experience with Lowe's and Synchrony Bank for our Lowe's Pro's Corporate Card

Dealing with Synchrony Bank for our Lowe's Pro's Credit Card and corporate account has been one of the most unnecessarily difficult banking experiences I’ve had. Setting up and accessing my online corporate credit card account was a nightmare—buggy interface, unclear instructions, and zero user support that actually helped.

Because of their broken system, I was unable to access my account in time to make a payment—twice—and was hit with two late fees over $35 each. When I called to explain and request a waiver, I was met with inflexible, scripted responses and flat-out refusal to take accountability for issues that were clearly on their end.

A bank that can’t get the basics of account access and customer service right shouldn’t be handling corporate credit cards. I strongly advise others to consider alternative providers. Synchrony’s customer experience is outdated, unhelpful, and ultimately costly.

My husband and I opened a new pro…

My husband and I opened a new pro account and never received a bill. When I went to Lowes to inquire and pay for our charges, they called customer service who said they couldn't give me a statement and couldn't mail the bill to my PO Box. They said I had to go online to fix this. When I tried to set up an online account, they said they would mail a password to the street address where we do not receive mail (same issue as the bill). Now I have zero access to the account and the online assistance is rude and worthless. Will try and get this closed as soon as possible. Beware!!! Terrible customer service.

Ordered a stackable washer/dryer 7 days…

Ordered a stackable washer/dryer 7 days ago! It still has not shown up. I completely feel like I have been given the run around. First the representative I ordered this from never confirmed the order, I called Lowes Pro Supply to make sure this order was in. Second the representative I talked with this time told me it would be delivered on Monday. Never showed up, I called Lowes Pro Supply a third time to have them tell me it was delivered. It was not, this time the representative I talked with said he would add a 911 ticket to this delivery...7 days later and I still have not seen the washer and dryer.

Horrible experience from start to refund

Floor tile install, paid middle of November - From start to refund middle of December. Store employee didn't understand the process when I was buying material. I still managed to get things moving, got my quote, paid in full for remaining material and waited for someone to contact me. I didn't expect much, as this was before Thanksgiving. Got a call from Lowes Pros for a survey, I told them can't give when I don't even have an install date, then the coordinator called me (amazing). Set the date and an 8:00 am start time. Contractor didn't arrive until 5pm and dropped material and he said he would be back between 8:30 and 9:00 am. Extra work needed done, no issue to pay, has to be done through Lowes. After
the contractor left, I noticed some trim that I did not want used and asked Lowes Pros on phone about speaking to someone, "coordinator" foreman? Oh, we don't have those.. Ok, I won't pay anything extra until I understand the plan for the install. So, waited on contractor to return next day. 10:00 am, I get a call from Lowes Pros about paying for the extra work, I said I need to speak with the contractor before I pay anything. The Lowes person told me, I will tell him and hung up. 11:00 am, no contractor. I called their help line, and then the coordinator calls me. Discussed the extra work and I told him my concerns on how the work needed to be done, he said, not a problem and the contractor would be there in 30 minutes. Contractor arrives and I tell him when he tells me 8:30 to 9:00 I expect him there or I don't need him. Contractor asked me if I wanted to call this in or him (about cancelling the job) as he has plenty of work. So, I said thank you and have a nice day. Lowes Pros has only one flooring installer, so... I need a refund... that took two more weeks of talking to Lowes Pros... seems only one person would listen to my problem and managers seemed to think they could fix it. Lowes Pros expected me to risk bringing this contractor back into my house.. where we could have words again and have a half finished job..
Now this whole experience has cost me over a month.

Give company a Zero!
I understand delays and I would have been ok with an an update on delivery.

First time ever using Lowes and thought I would give them a try since my Local trusted company is closed at the moment.
Never will I trust the company or recommend others use them.
Ordered roofing materials to replace damage from a storm.
Said they would be delivered on a between 8am and 8pm.
They even sent me an email that night at 9pm saying they had been delivered!
Nothing! not one thing has been delivered and I am out thousands of dollars.
Called Thursday at 9pm- Said was on its way.
Friday-Delayed but on its way.
Saturday called and waited over an hour to speak to someone and all they can tell me is that I should get a better tracking sometime next week!
Seriously?....You say it is delivered, but it is not!!
Very unhappy with tracking of products and customer updates and service Delivery.

Sending a customer a delivery date, then sending a fake email stating it has been delivered on that date and then not being able to tell a customer if it was delayed or give an update on when products will be delivered when they call....Unexceptionable!

Curbside Pickup Fails

a simple order - got the pickup email - went to curbside pickup bay - a breeze at Home Depot! - called the number, tried to type in an extension (4140) posted in the bay I was parked in - it went thru to appliances, the guy was not happy - he put me thru to the front pickup desk, it rang for 8 minutes, no-one picked up. Got out of my car, stood in line 6' apart, got summoned by associate - I asked what's the deal with the non-existant 4140 extension, he would not answer my question, I asked again, nothing. I decided he was crazy busy and embarrassed - the were understaffed. So . . . I backed off, with zero explanation as to why the extension did not exist - GREAT SERVICE LOWES.
And this is why I (a pro contractor) normally shops orange!
Lowes is more creative than H.D. I just cant spend the time and get treated like poop. Why bother!

"order on line & pickup in store"

Several times I have used their "order on line & pickup in store" at the Bashford Manor store in Louisville, Ky to save time & get a better price and every time the order has NOT been ready even though they sent me a "ready to pickup" email. It has taken from 45 minutes to 1 1/2 hours to get my order.
