LowFax Was easy to use and easy to teach it to my clients. After the change to VIOP the Fax machine would not work over digital lines. It gave them access to faxing from their desks and made them very happy for the change.
The entire process was incredibly simple. I uploaded my document, entered the fax number, paid for the fax, and sent it—all online in just a few minutes. I especially appreciated that there was no account to create and no monthly subscription. You simply pay for the fax you need to send.
I also received an email confirmation letting me know that my fax had been successfully delivered, which gave me peace of mind that it actually went through.
The website was straightforward, the price was very reasonable, and the whole experience was much easier than I expected. If you only need to send a fax occasionally and don't want to pay for a monthly fax service, I highly recommend LowFax.com. I will definitely use them again.
