I had always heard options were risky and hard to understand. I had started learning about options last year but still wasn't confident. Luckily I got an email about LST and found their training to be straightforward and gave me confidence. I placed my first trade in Nov 2024 with a small Robinhood account and earned my first $9! I'm consistently impressed by how much Troy and John genuinely care about your success as a student. The community and platform are always there to support you throughout your trading journey, John and Troy are always the first ones to respond to questions no matter the time and day. Then other students are their to help.

They've designed the course material to be incredibly easy to follow, with short lessons that you can easily fit into your schedule. There are even ways to just listen to the audio so you can complete it while comminuting to work. The welcome package was very well thought and really cemented the mentality to learn. There is some tough love in this training and that is because the stock market is tough love. Emotions will take all your money in the market.

My experience with Low Stress Trading has been phenomenal and life-changing. I have found the information/training provided has been concise but complete, and I feel Troy and John have provided everything they promised. I also feel they could charge much more than they do. My financial gains have been immediate, consistent, and profound, and all I had to do was follow the framework they provided.

I’d been actively looking for a way to grow my savings for years and first heard about selling puts and options trading about 10 years ago via a different program. The training you receive from Low Stress Trading is worth every penny. The framework is truly Low Stress. I wish I had this information years ago. My net worth would drastically be higher than what it is. I started using Low Stress Trading September 16, 2024. In the 36 weeks since, I have made $200,000 in premium selling puts and covered calls. I like the philosophy they have about selling puts and the strategy they have if you are assigned selling covered calls. They could charge a lot more than what they do for this product. I am glad I bought the trading and use the framework.

Does what it says on the tin - it really is low stress and you can and will get 1% a week.

I'm an experienced trader and have gone through many courses and one on one mentorship.

This is the best by far.

It's a brilliant framework. You learn to fish.

You won't regret it.

It's important to point out that the 1% weekly return that Troy and John talk about is return on cash, not return on your overall account size (the full amount you are able to withdraw from your account if you sell all of your positions). From the calculator on their website it makes it look like your account balance keeps growing each week, which is not actually the case.

I started trading the strategy about 2.5 months ago, just before the market had a pullback, and even though on average I've generated about 1% weekly income, my account size is still about 10% lower than my starting balance, due to the drop in value of the stocks we are trading options on.

The strategy revolves around selling options on highly volatile stocks, so if the S&P pull backs by 20%, you can expect your account value to go down by 40 - 50%. If it drops more than that (which it has in the past), things can get ugly - especially if you plan to withdraw a large amount of money to buy a house for example.

I believe in a bull market this strategy can outperform the traditional buy and hold, but in a bear market the drawdowns can definitely be more pronounced.

I will personally keep trading this strategy because I like the weekly income aspect of it and the potential for higher returns but this is definitely not the best strategy for capital preservation, and I will probably not be allocating all of my future income to it.

I also don't like the fact that you lose access to the course materials after 6 months if you don't keep paying $100 every month. We made a one time purchase of it, and we should be able to access the recordings, even if we don't get the updated versions.

The name really says it all! The training is incredibly thorough, easy to follow and filled with real examples. Troy Broussard and John Sanpietro are absolutely transparent with their approach and create a welcoming environment regardless if you are new to trading (that's me!), have a lot of experience or are somewhere in between. Results talk. In the first three weeks of trading I earned 4.4% profit. To date, not a single experience where I have lost money. If you're looking for a thorough, easy to learn, low stress way to maximize your financial situation, Low Steess Trading is where you want to be.

I started out in November 2024, not knowing anything about trading options and as of Q1 2025 I have had a portfolio net growth of 20%! This course and the instructors is the real deal and if you follow the framework outlined, this might very well happen to you as well.

I am new to options and I wanted a system to make my cash savings multiply without dealing with clients. I figured the cost of entry would be a worthy investment in my knowledge of trading. I decided to take the leap as I wanted to get more control of my finances as I got to my mid 30's.
