The lady I dealt with was very efficient and helpful and made answering questions very easy. When I had a further question the person who I dealt with was also very helpful.

They were so helpful in helping us complete the forms that we were overwhelmed with. They even sent an agent to the Care home on a Sunday so that both my husband and doner could sign the forms, They have sent all the signed forms off to the government to complete. The fee LPA Now charge is worth every penny

Easy to deal with. Fully explained the process from the start to finish. Good communication. The best part of the service was they came to my elderly aunties flat to sign all the paperwork. It would have been a lot harder if they could have done that for her. And it was very inexpensive.

We were very pleased with the assistance given by the staff and it was very easy to arrange the appointment for my relative to meet the solicitor. The long delay before receiving the LPA is caused by the OPG, but we were advised by the OPG that the application (by LPA Now) was 'perfect'.

Postal service was dreadful. My forms and data was sent to the wrong address even though I emphasised that some post code checkers could get this wrong. When I eventually received a copy of the forms they were full of inaccuracies despite the correct information being given. Wrong addresses were entered and names misspelled despite these being spelled out. The corrected forms have now apparently been lost in the post! I was charged £350 for this service and have demanded a refund as I have no faith that these forms would be accepted. Quite honestly they should be paying me for having lost my data. I chose this company because of the good reviews but my experience could not have been any worse.

I required two types of forms for lasting power of Attorney -Finance & Property and Health & Welfare, and contacted LPA Now. The Person that I spoke to went into great detail to explain what was required, and so I had an excellent experience with this Company. The papers arrived the next day, and I was told to phone if there were any other queries. Everything went to plan and I would highly recommend them.

Very timely and highly professional service.

I'm very pleased I used this service. The process was straight forward and well supported. It didn't go totally seamlessly with LPA's Agent on his first visit, there were a couple of errors but all was fully rectified the following day with a second visit. So absolutely no issues after that. Everything went through ok.

Just want to say thank you to all at LPAnow for helping our family get our LPAs in place. We had a tricky situation in that my parents had recently moved away from where they had been living for 50 years and could not supply someone who had known them for 2 years to be their certificate provider. Also, one of the attorneys lives some distance away and could not attend the signing in person. LPAnow sent us a person to be the certificate provider and arranged postage of the forms to the remote attorney. They were also extremely helpful in advising on what to include and not include on the LPA forms themselves. As a result the LPAs were accepted first time and are now in place. I don't think we would have managed to do this at all without their help.

Friendly, very helpful and took the stress out of the whole process. Would recommend to anyone.

Amazing service John was so polite and welcoming . When he came to our house we felt at ease. Completing the paper work which was already written out in detail, went so smoothly as we only had to sign. Emails and pricing was very clear and we would like to thank the team for helping us through the whole process. I would highly recommend LPA to all my friends.

Iv used LPA twice and been more then happy they are understanding and professional but still friendly with the service .. more then happy to recommend this company ..

We used LPA Now to arrange our parents’ LPAs. Caroline was very patient and knowledgeable on the phone. I felt that we were in safe hands. She arranged for their local representative to go to my parent’s house with my brother and me. After confirming our parents understood ,we all signed the paperwork. It was very straightforward.
