Rude Delivery Man
Well my pregnant girlfriend was excited to have our 2 new beds for our 2 girls to be told by a “ delivery driver “ that he’s apparently not paid enough to carry them up the stairs to our flat and dumped them downstairs in our block of flats while rudely moaning about the job he was doing
What a really nice gentleman and I hope they give you a pay rise and you learn some manners and get some respect

Well the box came ripped and full of footprints I haven’t opens it yet finger crossed 🤞 it hasn’t been damaged.. they need to take care of peoples products it’s not on they should take more care wen it says handle with care and it comes with footprints all over it like there just trampling on it disrespectful

I have no issues with driver
I have no issues with driver, in fact I felt sorry for the poor fella as he was on his own delivering heavy furniture that says on the box “2 person to carry”.
As a result, not only did it arrive just after 9.00pm when our delivery slot was 2.00 till 4.00, I had to get in the van to help shift boxes around to get my delivery out. This has no reflection on the driver, he tried his best and apologised.
I think this company need to treat their drivers better for sure!

Low quality bed
very low quality .bed broke in a day and they are not helping and blaming us that we should use antislip pads which were not even provided with the bed and even with antislip pads its very cheap and low quality bed .save your money and after buy stress .

Lovely delivery driver
The delivery date was sooner than expected. The delivery driver was really helpful and helped us put all the boxes in the right place. He was very pleasant to deal with.

Great experience!
Delivery was really well organised, and came during the window agreed. Delivery person was friendly, helpful and efficient. The chairs themselves were excellent; they arrived in perfect condition and were easy to assemble.
