Absolutely appalling company. We bought through a retailer that uses LPD as a supplier. The support bar of the £600 bed broke within a MONTH and LPD are flat out refusing to resolve it.
We initially asked for a replacement part so we could fix it, which is more than reasonable - considering the bar that bent was clearly not right for the bed in the first place (the "supporting" legs didn't even touch the floor). But they have tried to say it's our fault that the bed broke as we should have used non-slip pads (assuming the bed were placed directly on the laminate - but it was on top of a rug) plus, if the non slip pads are so integral to the structure of the bed, why are they not supplied?
After they refused to send the part, we asked for a replacement bed, absolutely no way. Then we asked for a refund for the item that is not fit for purpose... they might as well have called us to laugh at us.
By the looks of other reviews we're not the only ones stuck with shoddy furniture from a company that can't take responsibility for their awful products. If I had known who the "trusted supplier" was before I ordered from the retailer, I would absolutely have steered clear and I urge anyone else to do the same

Refused to deliver to my front door had to put my baby in buggy take him in lift with me to go collect the beds because the man refused! Not happy he said if I don’t go and collect them then he leaving them on ground floor! What service is this I really ain’t happy at all

Ordered LPD naples dining room chairs from bedkingdom . One chair was unable to be assembled as they hadn't fitted threaded inserts into the frame. Tried sending mails bedkingdom and phoning but no response. Tried to find flair furniture as it says on invoice but thry cant he found. Best avoided

Ordered a large armchair through Robert…
Ordered a large armchair through Robert Dyas supplied by LPD. Got a text on Monday to say the armchair would be delivered between 8am and 5pm on the following day (Tuesday). Took a day off work as it is a large item. Tuesday arrived and it got to 5.10pm and nothing arrived so I called LPD and a member of their team said they would look into it and come back to me. They didn't. The next day Wednesday (Today) I receive a new order confirmation with a different reference number. I called to find out what was happening. No record of the call the previous evening. Got told that the item was damaged in transit, didn't know when. If they knew this why didn't they contact me. Then basically asked me to take another day off work to accept delivery. I asked for some form of compensation for taking a day off and for me chasing them up. Wouldn't offer even 1p. Disgraceful behaviour LPD. You need to rename your customer service team. Non customer service team
