I took a maintenance contract out with LR Renewables and can easily say it has been the best thing me and my wife have done. any problems or questions we have the office are quick to send someone out to come check over my system and always leave my panels looking spotless.

This was my first experience with LR Renewables, from the sale to the aftercare i couldn’t fault any of it! the communication from the office when explaining to me what was happening made me feel at ease, would definitely recommend.

Tried to cancel both contract for battery storage and maintenance, but was told that they would be able to install across a 3 phase system. The system was installed 1 week later and did not work. A second visit got the system working, but not proved. I was not happy with the Maintenance plan and cancelled within the cooling off period. Still waiting for my refund.
I have not had any response to my queries or requests for an EIA and other supporting documents. Not happy with the quality of the installation work. With concerns over H&S issues not being addressed.

I have had an ongoing issue with my system since December.
Company does not answer e mails or phone calls.
When appointments are made they are often cancelled or engineers do not turn up at all or too late in the day to compleat the job.
Still unresolved.
Terrible service.
Would not recommend.

following my last review i am pleased to say the system is up and running perfectly lr apoliges for not getting in touch to phone line technical problems, had to replace inverter,guys very frendly and helpful. highly recomend lr.

Provided a scaffold for this company in December. Been ignored ever since with regards to payment. Will now have to seek legal action.

Purchased my battery storage from this company, after the solar installation, service exceptional. After 3 years they still answer questions and go out of their way to help. Definitely money well spent

They have installed a second battery for us and have always been responsive and helpful, even two years later! Can't ask for more than that. People are sometimes very quick to leave a negative review but not so quick to leave a good one. So thanks LR renewable, for your help today and for the last two years.

After a cold call from L&R , I explained that i had an issue with one of the solar panel strings as it was producing output lower than it should be and the fault needed to be pin pointed as to the cause.
I was led to believe this would be the case when the engineer(who was I believe a Salesman)? paid me a visit on Friday 22 August. He did look at the inverter and agreed the output was down. After this he wanted to sell me a set of optimizers at £3000 (this price was agreed before we moved onto the battery) and a battery at £4000. He then offer to reduce the price by £1000 if I had both but I had to sign the contract there and then. I said to him that I thought I was at a timeshare sales push. Any way I told him I needed some time to think about it and would call him tomorrow afternoon,
He called me and asked what I had decided, my answer was simple I said I would take the opimizer deal at £3000. He then said no the optimizer deal was £4000. I told him that was not what we agreed and my wife confirmed this.
So at this point in time I was very dismayed at this point that he just changed the agreement so I said thanks but no thanks as this was not what we agreed. So just be careful, I now wish I had recorded the deal!

LR Renewables seem a respectable company to deal with, and I was happy with the initial installation. There have been problems with the internet connection and remote monitoring, but these seem to have been finally resolved, and the setup is working well at the moment.

Very efficient handling of problems. No fuss just took the details and fixed the problems remotely.

Worth the wait. After ordering a battery system we did have to wait some time before our DNO application was accepted. But once it was the wife and I were more than happy with the final product. Installation and savings have been great.

Faultless service. I ordered a battery to go with my solar panels. The installation was finished today within half a day, the work men were polite and tidy. The office explained everything to me in a language I could understand.
