Product was really good but the size was wrong and wasn’t explained that I had to go up 2 sizes so to small iv tried to find out how to return and change the size but struggled at to go to customer service but they always redirected me to the return portal but I wasn’t receiving any response finally customer service sent me the address so I can send them back so just waiting for the replacement in the correct size other than that everything else was good 👍

I have used this service today and it’s been absolutely outstanding from start to finish. The level of customer service they have given me is beyond belief. I l asked for an item out of stock everywhere in the UK this morning and they had it to my table by evening. I will be using these again.

I couldnt find a ps5 anywhere found these guys online and they smashed it. Order come in two working days package was in perfect condition no rips or anything in the box. If you want something on high demand and you can get it then expect to pay more for it. Everyone has to run a business so dont complain about prices.

At 1st I was abit apprehensive about using Lspersonal shopper as I thought it may be a scam website. I came across it on my search engine while trying to buy a ps5 for my sons birthday. To my delight it's 100% legit my ps5 came 2 days after my sons birthday but that was my own fault as I ordered it 2 working days before his birthday. Our ps5 arrived on the 5th working day.

I am happy with the items I received but I’m not happy with the customer service and communication I was getting. I received one of my items Fairly quick but the second item took nearly 3 weeks and I didn’t get updates unless I emailed to find out where my order was, in all the emails going back and fourth I got 1 apology and only once they were ready to dispatch my item they then explained what the hold up was. I don’t mind waiting for orders as long as it’s explained why and this is what the company lacked, some reassurance would of been good as I’ve never ordered from them and didn’t know if I was going to receive my order or not.

I bought a pair of Triple S Balenciaga trainers, in the photo the black trainers had black laces. On arrival they only had white laces which is ok if I have both black and white but I didn't.

I contacted LS Shopper on 20th July and have been every few weeks since and only ever get someone who's picking up the email for the 1st time and no clue what to do.

I gave a 3 star as not to be too harsh as a refund was given very very quickly, however the item I ordered was marked as dispatched after a week, I was given a courier tracker but it appeared that the item was never sent to the courier and I am certain the item would not have even been sent at all if I had not have emailed to ask why the couriers were telling me they didn't have the item.

I have used LSPersonal Shopper multiple times and they are usually on point, they have good stock levels and a very wide variety of stock. I hope this is a 1 time hiccough with shipping as I believe LS to be very reliable usually so don't hold a single issue against them.

Most of it was ok , however ps5 turned up in a damaged box , wasn’t very well packed , have messaged u and dpd just got thobbed off !!!
Not good customer service reslly or packageing , especially when I’ve overpaid for the ps5

Imagine buying trainers you can’t wait for and they get delayed because of baba holiday fair enough later on you receive an Email telling you the item you ordered is no longer available like seriously 😒 why did you take the money if the item was not in stock why couldn’t you check first NOW I have to wait 7 working days to get my money where’s you it took you 10 sec to get mine I mean what kind of stupidity is that NOT happy at all with you guys I can’t even spend money to buy another pair cause I don’t trust you anymore
