Cancelling claims
Hello,
I would like to use my 14 day cooling off period to cancel my claims.
I did not want to enter agreement with you, I did free claim checker and all of a sudden get an email to say thank you for making a claim.
You have no phone number on your website or email address . This doesn’t make you look transparent when this is the only way I have of contacting your company.

I wish to cancel my so called contract with you. I saw your advertisement on Facebook and “signed up” . However you made me submit my signature before sending me your 40 page document of the terms and conditions. I consider this rather an underhand way of doing business.
