Trusted Relationship
As a customer I am not bombarded with loads of CVs to go through. LK provide excellent candidates that match the Job Description provided and only pass those CVs on that are suitable. Relationship is based on trust and honesty and it works really well.

Trusted, respected and experienced recruitment agency
This is a trusted and respected recruitment agency with many years of experience, particularly in the ERP software field (PeopleSoft, Workday, etc.). They understand their clients' needs and respect their candidates. They are one of the few "tried and tested" recruiters around at the moment with a proven track record, unlike the newly-arrived "cowboys" in the recruitment sector who are simply making it up as they go along.

The best agency I've dealt with yet
Lucas Kennedy have been nothing but a pleasure to work with over the past 12 months. Nigel, Kate, Samantha and the accounts teams are dedicated, professional and exceptionally pleasant individuals to deal with and this clearly shows in the success of their organisation.
They not only found potential clients for me but provided in depth and candid briefings, regular check-ins whilst on site and constant communication around upcoming opportunities. Invoices were always paid promptly and without undue red tape or tedious process.
I have recommended them to friends and prior colleagues and will continue to do so.
