I regret ordering from Lucceno. The polos were poor-quality knockoffs, nothing like the pictures. Shipping took a long time, and returns aren’t worth it since you have to pay to send items back to China. Definitely not ordering again.

Ordered on Sept. 12.
Today is Sept 26th and according to their "tracking" method, my shirt has still not been shipped.

This company is a scam. They take your money and send counterfeit polos. Do not trust them. Google, please stop allowing them to advertise. Shoppers—avoid this business at all costs.

One star is generous. This is a scam company posing as a Polo brand, which should be illegal but since it’s a cheap knockoff, I guess they get away with it. This is a waste of money for sure. Not one good review and worse yet, they never respond to their lousy customer service.

Scam. Stay away. Did not respond to my feedback. No merchandise in over 20 days. I should have known better

This company is a complete scam. After placing an order, I never received any communication, updates, or product. They provide no legitimate way to contact them. I even reached out to my credit card company to dispute the payment and was given a phone number for the business, but no one ever answers the phone.
Looking through the reviews, I can see that no one has rated them higher than 1 star — which is the lowest possible. That alone should be a warning sign.
I strongly urge Google to remove their advertisements from all platforms so that no one else is misled into purchasing from them. Please avoid this company at all costs.

The worst company I have ever dealt with. Unable to reach them by phone. It’s been over 2 weeks and still haven’t received my order. They did respond to my email but have no idea where my package is or if and when it will arrive. After looking at the information about the company on google I am afraid I have been scammed. I no longer want the item and will try to return if able. I have notified American Express about the issue and they have initiated a charge-back. I doubt I will ever receive my order.

It has been 21 days since order and I finally received my shirt. It is a cheap knockoff of a Polo Ralph Lauren with no tags. I will return it but have notified the company that I refuse to pay for return shipping. Will let you know what happens.

Bought 3 polo shirts. Logo implied it was Polo Ralph Lauren but not at all. Logo printed on shirts was poor quality and twice the size. Was delivered in a trash bag after 15 days! Horrible experience and will never buy again,

My mistake for buying but a total scam, horrible quality, they double booked my order and was told it was too late for a refund.
All returns at customers responsibility and must be sent back to China to an address so long you run out of ink writing it down.

These shirts are marketed on their website as Polo by Ralph Lauren, however upon arriving they are the cheapest Chinese knockoffs I have ever seen.
The Polo Ralph Lauren logo is almost comical, looking like a man riding a pregnant elephant.
Cheapest, thinnest fabric I have ever felt.
Do not order from this company as they are a fraudulent marketer of Chinese knockoffs.

Cheap quality from material to shipping. No free returns, have to ship it to china for a refund. Avoid at all costs!

I have to say I am very disappointed. Had I known that these shirts were counterfeit and coming from China I would never have purchased. They come delivered in a cheap plastic bag wrapped around tightly with clear package tape. The shirts had a cheap material feel to them They certainly weren't authentic Polo Shirts. No where on their web site, does it say that these shirts are coming from China. Thier website looks legit. But, having to pay 50.00 for a return is ridiculous and I’m sure most people who buy from their Lucenno website don’t bother to return their orders because of how expensive U.S shipping costs are to return. Thats part of their scam. You have to ship back to China. I believe this is a scam site and that's why I am leaving a bad review telling people not to buy there. I also informed my credit card company to dispute this charge now that I have returned the 3 shirts back to you with tracking number proof. People have to know.
