Legit casino they pay!

Misleading information from live chat, withdrawal rejected and documents demanded

I decided to try this casino mainly because it accepts Bitcoin, which I took as a sign of a modern, trustworthy platform. Unfortunately, that first impression turned out to be completely wrong.
Before depositing, I reached out to their live chat support and asked directly whether any documents would be required. The agent told me clearly that no documents are needed up to $10,000. Based on that assurance, I went ahead and deposited. The games worked fine, no complaints there.
The problems started when I tried to withdraw just $500, well below the threshold I had been told about. My withdrawal was rejected. When I contacted support to find out why, they told me I needed to submit identity documents before the withdrawal could be processed.
When I reminded them of what their own live chat agent had told me, they pointed me to their Terms and Conditions, saying the casino reserves the right to request documents at any time regardless of the amount. Apparently this clause overrides anything their support staff tells you.
On top of that, they accused me of having multiple accounts. I have never created more than one account on this site and there is absolutely no basis for that accusation. No evidence, no explanation, nothing. They just threw it out there, probably to justify the withdrawal rejection or to pressure me into dropping the issue. Being accused of something like that with zero proof is frankly insulting.
Look, if that clause exists in your T&Cs, your live chat agents need to mention it when someone asks directly about document requirements. Telling a player "no documents needed up to $10k" and then rejecting a $500 withdrawal with a KYC request is just not acceptable. I don't think it's a coincidence that they leave that part out when you ask on chat.
I eventually got my money after going through the verification process so I'm not saying they stole from me. But the whole experience felt deliberately set up to catch you off guard, and being falsely accused of running multiple accounts on top of everything else really crossed a line. If you're thinking about playing here, don't trust anything their live chat tells you and read every line of their terms yourself before you deposit a single cent.

In this case, our system identified activity connected to multiple account use, which required us to complete additional verification before proceeding. This is an important part of protecting the platform, preventing account misuse, and maintaining a fair environment for all players.

For privacy, security, and platform integrity reasons, we cannot share the full details of our internal review publicly. However, these checks are based on information available within our system and are not made casually or at random.

We also understand your concern regarding the information provided via live chat. While the general guidance given was correct, we agree that it could have been clearer that verification may still be requested in certain circumstances under our Terms and Conditions. We appreciate this being raised and will review this internally so our team can communicate this more clearly moving forward.

Upon review of the account, we can confirm that the funds were subsequently used for gameplay, and there is currently no remaining balance available for withdrawal. Should you wish to continue using your account, you may complete the verification process. Once verification is completed, eligible account activity, including withdrawals, can proceed in line with our Terms and Conditions.

We regret that the process felt inconvenient, but the verification request was made in line with our security and compliance obligations and was not intended to withhold funds unfairly.
