This will ensure clear up any issues, sometimes we have customers choosing slow methods without realising. It's only once they speak with our agents do they discover the instant payouts! Secondly, more often than not withdrawals (like you're saying) take a bit longer (than instant) because the banks delay the depositing of your winnings in your bank account to save on their system costs & retain some cash for their own purposes before they pass it to you. The review only states "Constant profiling", so there isn't enough information provided to determine what the player is referring to or respond to any specific concern.
For context, there is an extensive history of abusive and threatening communication towards our agents on this account, with multiple warnings previously issued. Due to the continued behaviour despite those warnings, direct Loyalty service was withdrawn from the player.
I wouldn't reference any of that publicly based on the current review. I'd simply ask the player to clarify what they mean by "profiling" so we have something specific to address.

I made some withdrawals yesterday on September 10 and when I woke up on September 11, they were put back into my balance and I was told that it may be a bank issue on my end as they rejected a deposit which seems ridiculous.
