Takes usually 2-5 days. They offer fun games and monthly specials and they offer tournaments regularly. They also offer specials and contests on platforms such as FB, X and Instagram. Maybe others. They are an honest gaming platform where you can win big. They offer gold coin games where you can play for free to find out how to play and what you’re looking for before you play it in sc mode. It’s my favorite place to play. I do have a top 10 list though.

I wish I could give Luckyland a better rating but I've been trying to redeem winnings for a long time now. Since I signed up with my Facebook account it had my old yahoo email account attached to it which I haven't been in my yahoo email account in years so it's deactivated and unable to retrieve/reactivate as its been deleted. Anyhow I asked them multiple times to update my email address to my current Gmail and everything they've asked for verification I've given them. I send it to them and they respond asking for the same Information again which takes them a long time to respond back and usually it's someone different. Now they just do not respond at all. I literally have just over 1600.00sc just sitting there because they won't simply update my email even though I've given them what they've asked for time and again. Now they have just ignored me and have not responded back. If anyone is reading this from Luckyland slots that can help me effectively please do so and preferably the same person from start to finish if possible. I have everything you need to verify. I've made a purchase on your platform. Please guys be fair and do the right things it's been months, make it right please .

Zero integrity with this casino. I purchased a quacky hour package and then had my account deactivated with an invalid reason. Lost all the money I had in there, gold and sweeps coins alike. Do yourself a favor and don't use this casino.

I wish I could give this site less than one star. They take take take take and take your money!!!! Do not buy any packages and never ever think you're going to win a big amount. It doesn't matter if you're playing $1 to $5 spins all they do is take your money. I've went thru $1000,s on Aztec and I've barely gotten over enough to cash out like on one occasion. The support sucks! I would like to take a second to call out the 3 different support reps that dodged my question and gave me a scripted response instead of addressing my concern. Hallie, Rae, and Hailey I want to congratulate you on being the worst support reps I have ever interacted with I hope you all get fired and never work a support job again. Everyone of you made me go in circles asking the same question and giving the same BS scripted response.

I'm going to try to ask my question again on here so you can answer for everyone to see. Its a simple question really. Are you ready for it. Can the support reps for LuckyLand on trust pilot handle such a difficult question I guess we'll see. But I bet a million dollars they'll dance around it or tell me to email support for a 4th time.

Here's my question.

Is the amount of points earned toward Diamond Duck progress from a spin or hand played based on 1. THE BET AMOUNT 2. THE AMOUNT OF SPINS OR HANDS PLAYED 3. THE WIN AMOUNT????

Not that hard to answer right could even respond with 1, 2, 3 or a combination and make it super simple instead of sending me a scripted BS response.

In case your brilliant support team is somehow stumped for a 4th time by my simple question here is an example you can answer for me instead.

If I spun 100 times on Game A at a bet size of 1000 would I get the same amount of points as I would if I spun 100 times on Game A at a bet size of 5000.

I'm beyond frustrated just answer my question or example. Ill be asking again everyday with a new review until you answer me. Stop wasting my time I don't want to have to ask like this, but I am not getting an answer.

Luckyland was my all time favorite casino, until about a week ago. I was almost 2 years straight on logging in when they suddenly deactivated my account without any warning. I had just redeemed $300 a few days before that too. I did nothing wrong to be kicked out but they said because their sister site Chumba deactivated my account, ( without reason) that they had to. Chumba deactivated my account almost 2 years ago with $2000 in my account. What was funny is that my identity verification went thru fine, but once I requested my winnings they kicked me out and stole my money. It took almost 3 weeks to even get them to reply to my emails. They baited me with free SC to play, so I did, then bought a package and won $2000. Went thru verification successfully, but then BOOM! LOCKED OUT! why did Luckyland have to shut me out 2 years later? I still have not heard a good reason from either site.

I won 1300 my account had been verified I even send in additional information to be able to redeem my winnings and was denied all because I no longer had the same phone number but my luckylands account was logged in threw my Facebook & than was blocked

Beware!!! They are legit and payout but whenever you start winning any type of serious money and redeem it, they will find a way to permanently ban your account. I been playing for years and the past two weeks I have won a considerable amount of money and tried cashing out only to get a notice saying I have "breached" thier terms of service and now permanently banned from playing. All of a sudden after years of playing i "breached" something? I never breached anything when I was spending all that money but when I actually start winning some it's a problem. Players beware!!!

Until recently I would say very fun, easy to use.
But their website has been having a lot of problems and sweep coins and reg coins are available one minute and not the next. So if you want to lose money and pay for things you didn't want...nows a great time to start. Also customer service is a pre generated email response. Have fun

The only site I have ever hit the "free spins" and got a literal $.00 return. $30 to finally hit the free spins, and I hit absolutely nothing....not a penny! This is a first.
