Got promotional games, played deposit, then played free games. I won around 40.00 plus, off free games. Didn't understand needed to still play off a certain amount on a particular game. Thought the free spins on the Goonies game you kept what you won after spending the deposit and won on the free games. Im more than angry at this rip off. Wouldn't bother signing up.

Took 11 days to respond to a simple query when most other sites I have had queries with respond within 24 hours ( many have responded within a few hours). Obviously good customer realations is very low on their priority list.

The website didn't seem slow when i joined. It was quick to take my deposit, but then no games loaded properly, started and crashed When it did let you spin, it would let you spin 3-4 times then cut out and doesn't continue from previous game.
it seemed like a chore in the end, so i sacked it off.

I haven't been on Lucky Pants for a while, I recently visited and went to deposit, I saw my old bank card number so went to change it. I got an error saying couldn't be done try again, I tried 3 times making sure details were correct. Looked on 'support' and clicked on the things listed but nowhere could I access Live chat it was sending me in circles. So I went on a bingo game to ask a chat host, well no host. so asked in the room, no reply from palyers, after another try to contact support went back to chat room, someone had replies saying contact live chat, well I told them I had tried but no luck, I asked where the chat hosts were, someone said, none since this afternnoon, I then asked for a phone number, no reply for 90 people in the chat list. so I will just have to try tomorrow see if there is someone who can help. What a mess,

Absolute disgrace. Do not use this company. I am locked out of my account. I've been told to contact support. I did. I answered all the questions but couldn't remember the last game I played days ago. The person on the other end just said I failed security and put the phone down. How is that in anyway 'support'?

I joined a couple of days ago , tried to log on today and my account has been blocked . Went on to the live chat and they said I need to pass identity checks by send about 9 different pieces of identification. To be honest they want so much info I am concerned it is a scam and my identity will be stolen

Didn't get my bonus after depositng £10,then i was blocked, spoke to customer service online,said he had unblocked me & gave me a courtesy bonus,but when i tried still blocked no phone number to contact anyone, went back on live chat a lady said she unblocked it yet i still can't get into my account as it's still stating that my account is blocked still.😠 would be more helpful with phone line for customer service and situations like this.
