Dear Thomas,
We take all order delivery issues very seriously, but our secure system records completely contradict your claim.
According to our network logs, your digital Xbox Game Pass Essential code was successfully generated and sent via a secure, trackable fulfilment email just a few hours after your payment on the 16th of December.
Furthermore, our tracking data confirms that the secure link containing your specific code was successfully opened and accessed a total of three times across the 16th and 17th of December.
We have already reached out to you directly to offer assistance, but have not received a reply. Please check your inbox or get in touch with us at support@ludos.org.uk
Regards,
Ludos Support Team
