Had a pop up for 30% off but only 10% was coming off. Emailed and was told I had to spend £120 so topped up my order but still only 10% off. Called and was told its "upto 10%" and they wouldnt honour... Toon meer
The ordering and delivery was great,easy and quick.Was very happy with the packaging as I knew dpd were delivering my luggage and was apprehensive but it was all in tact and couldn’t wait to open the... Toon meer

Haven't bothered ordering.
Luggage was out of stock, but received refund in seven days.
I had a problem with my order of two cases which I ordered have to say that Carl in customer services went above and beyond to sort it out and solve the issue. Highly recommend as the customer service is excellent, thank you Gary
I ordered a suitcase, a duffle bag and a luggage scale from Lugg online . Unfortunately, Evri (delivery company) they lost one of my parcels and caused a delay. I needed these items for my trip and the lack of communication from Evri was frustrating. I contacted Lugg Customer Service and the advisor, Manasi, was incredibly helpful. She quickly arranged a replacement order and reassured me that it would be delivered. She also checked in daily to keep me updated on the tracking. Thanks to her assistance, I received both replacement items promptly. I don’t know what I would have done without her. I’m very satisfied with the outcome.

My original order of a 2 case set was missing a case but the amazing Pranav went above and beyond to resolve the problem. I was refunded immediately and then ordered a replacement set. Pranav arranged for the case to be uplifted and I received the new order the same day. Unfortunately the same thing happened and only one case arrived! Pranav was so apologetic, refunded me immediately and let me keep the case!
I also had a follow up e mail from Manasi, apologising for the inconvenience and explaining what went wrong.
I honestly cannot fault the customer service I received and would absolutely order from Lugg again
