SCAM!!!!!! RUN!!!!!!

Completely wrong dress. I paid for expedited shipping and they didn’t even manage that. When I complained they sent me an AI generate email that didn't even answer my questions. This was expensive, and now I probably won’t go to homecoming. This company is terrible, somebody should figure out a way to get the legally terminated

Same as everyone else. I fell prey to their scam. They sent the wrong dress, put in writing to me that they would reimburse me if I sent the item back, and then went dark. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

Do I mail the dresses for return to the 809 Wall St, Los Angeles, CA 90014 United States? They emailed me back the next day saying to ship the dresses to Hong Kong or they could offer me a 30% refund. I was confused since there website said returns to los angeles. They would not give me a return label. It was going to cost me $140 to return the 2 dresses to Hong Kong. I emailed them again said give me a full refund and I want to mail these to LA. They said no can do. Now they are offering me a 50% refund. I felt stuck in a corner & took the %50 refund. Now im stuck with 2 dresses that I have no use for. This company is a scam. I looked up the address in Los Angeles, it doesnt exsist.

I would give zero stars if i could. Company sent completely wrong dress and wrong size and the dress that came in was very crappy material. When i reached out for support, even though it came from LA And return address on the website is LA they were wanting me to ship back to hong kong to be able to get refunded or could give me a 50% refund just to keep the dress i got. When i explained again its not even right dress or size they just told me same thing. I went to ship it to where they wanted in hong kong and it was going to cost $63. I told them i dont feel comfortable paying that much to ship to hong kong and dont understand why i would have to ship it there when website return says LA and came from LA. They continued to be unhelpful and just kept telling me i would need to ship to hong kong or could offer me a 50% refund to keep it. Finally i accepted the partial refund because i was over getting nowhere with them and didnt want to spend more money to ship it back when theyre already not being helpful. They told me they would refund me the partial refund but still have not received. I will never order anything from this site ever again

Terrible website. They sent my daughter the wrong dress, and the only option for our money back was to ship it to Hong Kong, which i'm sure will cost more than the dress cost. Lesson learned. Don't order from them.

Do not order from this store! They send wrong dresses and then will not give you a refund. They ask you to send back the address to Hong Kong which cost around $100 in shipping. It’s basically stealing. Horrible, horrible experience.

Biggest scam website!!! Authorities should be alerted about this awful company and I hope they get shut down!! Spent $80 on a dress for my daughter’s first homecoming and they sent a completely different style. Wrong size and everything!!

Terrible I would not recommend this store. They sent the wrong dress which is absolutely disappointing. You can’t call the number that’s listed cause it doesn’t work. This was my daughter’s senior homecoming dance how disappointing. The store was paid for the Expedia shipping. Nothing was fast did not use the store. Wouldn’t even except a return being that they didn’t send me the right dress awful did not buy from this store

Zero stars! Wrong dress was sent to me! What a scam! Phone number on website doesn’t work. Went back and forth via email with no success for a full refund since I received the WRONG DRESS! Wanted me to pay international shipping to return the WRONG item! This is NOT a U.S. based company so communication is challenging at best. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Complete scam! I bought a dress online for $65 and got completely different one! Ugh. No option to return or correct and it was for a wedding (bridesmaid). Don’t buy from these scammers!!!

I only gave them one star because it wouldnt allow me to not mark any. They deserve NONE. LULUINTHESKY does not send what is advertised. I received a 1.00 dress that I paid 65.00 for. Meaning it is not the same dress, material, etc. They are not replying to my emails and the phone number is not valid either.

SCAM!!! RUN!!!! Ordered a dress and received a completely different dress not even remotely close to what I ordered. Dress ordered was a slip dress with pearl strap on back and I got a body con dress with no straps. No response from company. So frustrated because I waited two weeks for the arrival.

Courtney Harvey- we must have received your dress! This is exactly our diliema, the dress received isn't the dress ordered and customer service doesn't respond. I would not purchase from this company.

This is a scam. They sent the wrong dress, which I returned . And they refuse to refund.

FRAUD!!! Ordered a dress for my daughter’s senior pictures. Took 2+ weeks to arrive (from Hong Kong) and it was the wrong dress. We informed them and asked for a return. They offered to give us 30% back or a full refund - only WE would have to pay to ship it to Hong Kong. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS “STORE”!!!

FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD!!!!! Website claims the business is in the US, when in fact, they're in Hong Kong. Ordered a $70 dress for my daughter on 8/29/25, received it on 9/7/25 only to discover they'd sent the WRONG dress. Her homecoming is 4 days away and we have NO dress. They are refusing a full refund as well, only offering 30% back, when THEY are the ones who made the mistake. I have already reported them to eConsumer.gov and I recommend others do the same in order to get this website taken DOWN for theft.
