The bracelet arrived in perfect condition and it is incredibly beautiful

I recommend ordering here

The clasp is really fragile though, it broke when I was wearing it on my hand.

Acquisto di anello

Acquistato il 24 marzo, arrivato a destinazione in Italia il 7 aprile. Ho contattato anche l'assistenza tramite email per alcune informazioni riguardo il tempo di spedizioni e sono stati molto cordiali e precisi nel rispondere.
Ho acquistato un anello ed è veramente bello, i processi sono leggermente lunghetti quindi non vi aspettate che in 2 giorni possa arrivare l'ordine.

No Response from customer service

I want to exchange a necklace because i inadvertently ordered 2. I have sent two emails to customer service with all if the irder setails and have received NO RESPONSE.
