A transaction for $94.13, not authorised from Lumi ageless, they are saying it’s not them😡😡😡Google says it is! Reporting for fraud

This company is a scam. I never even signed up for their service, but somehow another I got a hold of my Apple Card.
I had to file a fraudulent claim through my credit card company.
Do not fill out their questionnaire.

I second everything that has been written about this company. It is a scam; they provide nothing of value. The page I signed up for said a one time charge of 29.95. They are simply out there to grab your money.

I wish I would have read the reviews first. This company also charged me - I received NOTHING from them. They charge you first and then the process is very difficult. I exited out of it without finishing the process and didn't realize that you were charged up front. The person answering back admitted that I received nothing from them because I didn't finish and schedule any appointment.

It's a scam. Hope you will be lucky enough to read the reviews bevor you provide any information to this company. Because if you do this, it would cost you at least 50 eur....

I wish zero was an option. This site takes your money before you agree to any terms. Everywhere they say money back
Guaranty and then refuse to help you when they’re is a problem. This is a scam and they are stealing our money

If I could give a zero I would. This company isn’t doing anything but taking your money. They do not provide any services and say that their refund policy says they don’t have to give you your money back regardless of whether they provide you a service or not just a total scam!!

I never authorized the purchase on my account, it went thru my account today, Initially started to do and then read reviews. I decided not to go thru with membership. But it pushed the process through anyway without me authorizing it. What a scam!! My bank is blocking them and I reported them to BBB!!

Please believe all the reviews. I wish I would’ve looked into it prior to the trial. This app is an absolute SCAM!! I was told I couldn’t get a refund after I accidentally clicked on a purchase. Mind you that the app did not ask me to verify the purchase. It just automatically charged my Apple Pay. I emailed for a refund within 5 minutes stating that it was a mistake. They said NO! Per their policy, financial or personal hardships are not viable reason for a refund. What a joke. Do yourself a favor. STAY AWAY!

As everyone said…SCAM! I should have read first

Scam. Won’t refund $ despite “trial” and “money back guarantee”. I requested a refund within minutes of realizing they charged my credit cards. They refused to refund my money.

I still don't know what this company does but I promised to update my review if anything changed. Lumi did refund both of the charges from my account for $69.99 each.I got a return email from Lumi promising a refund for both charges and explaining that it may take several days. Thankfully it didn't and I got my money back,

This company has been charging my credit card $49.99 each month for products I never received. My credit card company is conducting another investigation into this matter for the 5th time. The charges are fraudulent. I contacted the company and they wrote back to me stating that they would not credit my account for the 6 charges monthly since July that they charged my credit card card. Lumi.ageless.

It’s a scam pure and simple. They somehow managed to charge my Apple Pay monthly for absolutely nothing but luckily I caught it quickly and Apple stopped their thievery pretty quickly. DON’T CLICK ON ANY OF THEIR STUPID STUFF!

This company is total fraud!

How does one cancel this thing? I don’t even know how I got involved in it. I had never heard of it until I noticed charges on my account. What is it ? Help!

I tried this company and it was difficult to request what I liked. They didn’t give enough options and I requested more but was disconnected. I then wrote and told them that this company wasn’t for me and to please return my $44.99 since I did not receive anything. They still took the money out of my account. Now to send this review I have to sign in to receive more trash in my email.

Wish I could rate a negative 5! Total scam! This should be illegal! I would repeat all the reviews ahead of me… exactly the same! No option but to cancel my card!
