Could not recommend this company. I returned an item to them, a dash cam camera. And they are refusing to refund my money. Be warned. Mr D Smith

Stupidly purchased from this company when looking for a dash cam. Should have known better as followed a link from Instagram!
The product does not come from the UK, it’s dispatched from China. You do not become aware of this until you’ve actually purchased the product.
Contacting them to request a refund, they will not do it.
Do not purchase from this company!

Not recommended
I found this company to be disingenuous. On the verge of dishonest. Their add clearly states the camera I bought recorded. I bought 5 of them for gifts. Only three of them recorded that is they had sd cards provided. (The assistant told me I got discount that’s why they don’t provide recording capabilities for all 5).
However no sd cards were in the package. This means none of them record.
I complained they told me “not everyone uses them to record” what do they use them for? I bought them for gifts. Do I gift them to the people who don’t want to record??rediculous. Then I realised they hadn’t sent the sd cards at all. When I remonstrated they asked me to take a video of what I received.
I told them I wanted to return the complete delivery. They wouldn’t take them back without a video of the package then I had to pay for the return postage which would not be refunded. If they were happy with what they received back then I would get a refund. Maybe?
To be honest if anything went wrong with these products you might as well just throw them in the garbage. This company should be avoided they’re market traders.

Very bad experience, I order dash cam which is never arrived. It's shows delivery ered but not to my address and co.pany saying its my problem now... avoid buying frim them
