Sent off for what I thought was a lovely woollen jumper. After several weeks received a cheap, hideously coloured polyester jumper. Reading other reviews this is clearly the way this company operates. No chance of a refund. Just put it down to experience and hope a charity shop will accept it.

Ok, so it took 15 days to arrive, not a major issue in itself, but when you open the item, which was a jacket supposedly a size 20/22, only to realise that it wouldn't even fit a flat chested size 12, then you start to realise just how badly you've been conned. Will only buy from shops from now on, where I can actually try stuff on. Sigh ....

As said in other reviews - the goods sold are not as advertised - they are poorly printed images of knitwear on cheap viscose. When they arrive and you realise what you have bought, you are left with shipping back to China or accepting a small proportion of a refund. Facebook need to take them down from their site - as they are scamming customers into buying sub-standard misrepresented goods.

Zero stars if I could. Paid for them then get email a week later saying order still in basket not completed. I thought it was to do with me using different email than on PayPal account. Replied explaining they already confirmed order via paypal and maybe confusion with email. Replied acknowledging. Got notice items shipped with tracking no. Seemed Ok till I tried today and none of the links on any of the emails received work coming up with can't find server. So they took my money (and a lot of others) and ran.

Everything has already been said below about this company, the ‘warm sweaters’ that turn out to be photos of knitwear printed on viscose, the expense and unreliability of returns.
It’s a scam, just don’t get sucked in

Misleading advert on Facebook which I cannot now find. Quality of products is appalling. No Web site, phone icon does not work, no way to return and get money back. Please beware, complete rip off and scam.

I read reviews on their website, saying they were trustpilot reviews, clearly they're not, unfortunately it is too late for me, I ordered what I thought was a knitted jumper when it came it was a print of a knitted jumper on cheap nylon material. Obviously I know if I send it back they're just going to say they didn't receive it. Please do not buy from here!!!
I originally seen an advert on Instagram for this company, I can't find it now on instagram to report so please be careful.

DO NOT BUY! Feel as if I have been scammed. Product not at all like description. Also much smaller size. No means to return product as no website or phone.

Do not buy from this scam of a company. I thought I was buying a wool hoodie and turned out to be a cheap polyester hoodie, just aweful. Took ages to deliver too. Its no surprise that the website is now not in use either. REPORT DO NOT USE!!!

I received my jumper yesterday . It too was made of viscose material it also took over 2 weeks to be delivered.
I have gone onto website today , it is unavailable.. Please DO NOT order or pay for anything from this company

Garment is nothing like the photos on website. A printed polyester copy of what looks like a knitted warm garment. Won’t wear and returns are complicated. Shipping took 3 weeks not days. Do not buy from here ..very fraudulent ! Also haven't replied to my complaint.

So I bought what I believed to be a knitted jumper only to discover it was made from some awful nylon material. Absolutely hideous. It was marketed as a closing down sale and no indication at all that it was being shipped from China. Returns are not simple and a minimum cost of £15. I have learnt my lesson.

Apart from the fact it took two and a half weeks for the delivery to arrive, I thought I’d bought a brown woollen jumper, it was very pink and a nylon/viscose material - I’ve never seen anything quite as bad and misrepresented as this. They make it very awkward/difficult to return anything so accepted a 66% discount and garment is in the bin. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE. Trash from China with no labels so you don’t even know that it’s new.

Not even 1 star. What they advertise is most certainly not what you get. They are a bunch of scammers and are misleading the public into buying their cheap rubbish, that's nothing like what they advertise

Wish I had of read the reviews on here instead of their site, which are obviously false. Sociall Media sites should not allow these companies to advertise false products. Awful material. It states guaranteed refund within 30 days, however it is at their discretion to refund or not. Cost of returning starts at £15 at customers risk. Disgusted I let myself be scammed out of pocket.

One star too many for this company. So embarrassed to have been duped by the pictures and vague but cleverly written descriptions of their clothing. Well done to this company for making fools out of anyone unlucky enough to come across their website. Didnt even bother attempting to return after reading these reviews. More money wasted trying I expect.

SCAM SCAM SCAM - going to Trading Standards

Like others absolutely rubbish quality clothing and want me to send it back to China. Offered 10% refund. I've refused. I am going to send my uncle who works at customs and excise to their UK dispatch hub. They may not be around much longer. Unless my refund comes through very soon. !!

I've been scammed!! Reported to Trading Standards. Don't just moan - REPORT! I bought the jumper that is NOT a jumper. 🤬🙄🤦🏻

The product was not as described and not a jumper as advertised instead a printed ‘to look like ‘ a jumper ! You can’t return as costs as much as paid! Scam don’t buy!
