I love my cubes and the way they light up the wall and the ceiling. They are mesmerising.

The lights arrived very quickly and are great, good quality. The customer service was fantastic and they even messaged me to see if they had arrived ok. Highly recommended.

Had issues with delivery but the customer service seemed ok. Cube itself is gorgeous. The effect is amazing. Yes, you have to leave it plugged in with usb but I get the feeling that this is quality. Light as a feather but works well. I've only just received it but totally satisfied and just hoping it lasts. It does have a 12 month guarantee so can't complain. Customer service can be confusing. They sent me the wrong tracking link, as an example, and also they are not based in the UK despite the 'co.uk'.

This cube is promoted as battery powered. They might not specifically say it, but all photos and videos I saw show NO cable at all. However, it needs plugging into a USB socket and has a white undetachable cable. It's also not very bright and only of use in a totally dark room

It's extremely cheap and light, and feels like it should be less than £10, but they charged me £33.

My 2 cubes arrived today, delivery took 10 days which was expected. The cube is great very happy.

A beautiful light I bought on a whim - it arrived promptly and fills my room with beautiful blue underwater ripples. It’s so lovely I am thinking of buying all my family one for Christmas.
Their customer service representative Ingrid is superb. I asked a question about delivery options which was dealt with promptly. Ingrid was proactive, helpful, polite and generally wonderful.

I bought a cube almost on impulse but I loved the cube, it's a lovely thing to fall asleep to and I'll be getting a timer plug so I can fall asleep with it on and not have it stay on all night. The initial cube I bought was a bit noisy, but I am being sent a replacement - the entire thing took about 3 days with Dayen in customer service, even over the weekend. Very happy with how everything's been handled.

I bought 5 of these, 2 were for me and 3 as presents for members of my family. They all (including me) love them. They are very relaxing, and I often find myself just looking at the patterns on the ceiling! We had an issue with one of the remotes after a while, and their customer service was second to none. The issue was rectified very swiftly and their care and attention towards us and our problem was very very good. We are all enjoying once again this great product.

Over priced, don't bother buying. The mechanism inside makes a lot of noise and is not soothing at all. Makes a horrible sound that you can hear even with the TV on. What a rip off at over £30!

The cube I ordered cost £32. The Exact same cube is available on AMAZON for just £8.99
Luminorth are scammers! Their 'customer care' doesn't exist. They do not respond to my simple question - "which country is my parcel made and coming from'. Customer service are very arrogant towards all customers. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM LUMINORTH.

This is a drop shipping company. This lamp is available for about £5 via Temu and Ali Express - so it wouldn't surprise me if all those "As seen in..." logis on their landing page are completely made up.

Don't waste your money - just Google it and sidestep the middle man and save £20

After using our cube in our Zen, it just seemed to light up the place! The colours are remarkable and sets a fabulous ambience!

Luminorth refunded us the money spent and were absolutely amazing at understanding where we all went wrong. The actual product is better in a smaller room and ideal at night, outside, possibly in a Zen Shed like ours at home or a small summer house. The colours are fabulous and the remote is so light and works well. We would recommend this company as they are very professional, understanding, quick to respond and not like some companies where they dont want to know. We will purchase goods again from Luminorth.
