I've always loved my Lumivitae bottle and never had any issues. it's travelled with me all over the world and kept me hydrated (especially combatting jetlag and headaches). the customer service is highly responsive and committed to resplacing any issues and replacing anything if there is a fault. I haven't been involve din the business side of it but the bottle never leaves my side and my cells thank me for that.

Ich habe die Flasche 2024 gekauft und war echt sehr zufrieden damit und habe mir deshalb die neue Flasche vorbestellt und leider wurde jetzt mein Konto gelöscht bei Lumivitae und ich habe keine Ahnung warum und ob ich jetzt meine Bestellung überhaupt bekomme ist fraglich werde mich aber mit Paypal in Verbindung setzen da es leider mit dem Kundesnervice nicht wirklich klappt man bekommt eine Antwort nach mehreren Tagen und wenn man dann noch eine Frage hätte wird gar nicht mehr geantwortet.
Bin schön langsam echt enttäuscht.

Mir wurde heute versprochen beim Kundenservice dass sich um das Problem jemand kümmert und sich heute noch bei mir meldet aber leider hat sich wieder einmal keiner gemeldet.
Vielen Dank für die Antwort aber ich habe es schon verzweifelt versucht über den Kunden Dienst und sehe meine Bestellung trotzdem noch nicht wieder in meinem Konto
So mein nächstes Update die Flasche ist natürlich immer noch nicht angekommen obwohl der Versand bei meinem letzten Kontakt mit dem Kundenservice mit Ende Februar versprochen wurde also ich würde euch raten vorsichtig zu sein ich denke man wird hier echt verarscht denn jetzt sind es schon fast 5 Monate und immer noch Flasche bekommen. Man wird immer wieder vertröstet wann sie versendet werden soll.

Nach gerade einmal sechs Monaten liefert die Flasche maximal noch ein Drittel des Wasserstoffs im Vergleich zum Anfang. Bei einer Flasche, die über €500 kostet ist das eine Frechheit. Der Kundenservice empfiehlt, Ablagerungen zu entfernen (von destilliertem Wasser) oder die Dichtung zu wechseln (was sicher die Produktion ankurbeln wird...). Ansonsten sieht man kein Problem, da weiterhin Bläschen gebildet werden.

I love my bottle, it has helped with my sleep, energy and even my SAD syndrome. I like it so much that I bought a second bottle but screwed up when ordering it, I was freaking out about my mistake but customer care took care of me and was able to fix it. Thank you so much, you really put my mind at ease!

I can‘t imagine anymore drinking water, that is not activated with hydrogen! And I love the design, the quality and frequencies of the cell power bottle! Since yesterday, the wonderful supplement LVIQ finally came to Europe and I‘m happy to have this second product from LumiVitae. And: the company / Taryn Lee doesn‘t have the focus on business but bringing people back into their own power! And that is the truth!

I’ve been using Lumi since the very first pre-orders in October 2023, and it has been one of the best investments I’ve made for my health. I really appreciate how much education the company provides and that the bottle is certified by the International Hydrogen Standards Association (IHSA) for both safety and efficacy.

I’ve seen a few complaints about the bottle being plastic, but this is medical-grade, shatter-resistant Tritan BPA-free plastic with an aluminum exterior. I carry mine everywhere, and accidents happen — I personally would never want this to be glass. The current design keeps it lightweight, durable, and safe.

I have had one issue with my bottle: I broke the chamber after dropping it perfectly onto a sharp rock. Lumi’s customer service was fantastic. As a practitioner, I’ve also had a client whose lid stopped charging, and Lumi replaced it immediately. Their support team has been responsive, fast, and generous every time.

In terms of benefit, this bottle has significantly improved my health and detox capacity. The frequency lid and the magnets on the bottom are thoughtful additions, and it’s clear that this isn’t a cheap or gimmicky product. It produces a true therapeutic level of hydrogen, and the build quality reflects that.

I would choose this bottle again and again. Based on my experience — and my clients’ — I honestly question whether some of the negative reviews are legitimate, because they don’t reflect anything I’ve seen firsthand.

This particular bottle has helped me in so many ways I could write a book! I did my research before buying as I know there are a lot of knockoffs n low quality ones on the market. This one is top of the line and with the frequencies in the lid, it's in a class of its own! I have had mine 2 years now and turned many others onto it as well, who all have their own unique testimonials of how it has helped them, because we are all dealing with our own challenges. I would also like to share that whenever I have had to reach out to customer care, they have been friendly and helpful. Highly recommend LumiVitae!

I got my bottle when I was struggling with dehydration

WARNING! Although this company is not a scam, dealings with it have been worse than dealing with a scam business (which I happened to be unlucky to experience at the same time). The bank refunded me the money straight away from the scam company and that was the end of it. Wheres with Lumivitae it's endless stress for two months now and it's not over yet. No money back and no product in sight.

I bought a product (a bundle they were promoting in Europe). And I STILL DIDN'T GET IT AFTER TWO MONTHS. Endless emails and stress getting back emails with totally unreasonable reasons for not getting what I purchased.

First of all, there was a lot of misguided marketing that transpired with this product. I bought an advertised bundle of 3 things (bottle, 3 LVIQ and €200 worth of credits), I got one part of the product, and for the rest there's been no sign in sight.

For not getting the credits they were citing that the reason is because I unsubscribed from LVIQ (which I didn't get until this day, which means that if I was subscribed for it, I would now have paid 3 months of products next week and no sign of it, subscription which cost €180! Per month.)

To unsubscribe, I had to ask their assistant to do it, as it WOULD NOT ALLOW TO UNSUBSCRIBE on my end. So their team were the ones who unsubscribed me in the first place! You would expect for them to warn you, that you won't be getting your product with this action - no, that didn't happen at all. They unsubscribed me, then cited this for not getting the product I ordered.

For communication, there was no communication unless prompted! I had no one tell me about delays of LVIQ (which i still didnt get two months later, remember!). After that it was "the end of this week latest" or NO ANSWER FOR DAYS TO EMAILS. All their communication has been empty promises thus far. It's incredibly prolonged and frustrating.

I now wish I could return this darn bottle, which I don't have any trust of it doing anything, knowing how focused this company is on ripping you off. I beleive they are not clear on how much ppm hydrogen you're getting either.

Dont waste your precious Money, Time and Nerves! It's a nightmare.

Bad business that is totally cultish if you look into their brand. They gathered all these women around them, who seem totally ungrounded and worship Lumivitae. In reality, it's worse then dealing with a scam business!

From the start I noticed this was not at all what they promised it to be. Specially since the core staff all left this company I saw nothing but horrible things happen, with the bottles quality and features, customer support, withholding of commissions etc...this whole company now lost all of their values on all levels their products are very very poor quality since the creator himself left the company. I will never ever buy anything from these people again!! There is even a person in control of backoffice and customers personal data, who has been accused and plead guilty in fraudulent scams within different mlm businesses

I’ve been heavily involved with this company from day one, both at corporate and field level. I invested a significant amount of time, energy, and effort trying to help guide it in the right direction, but it quickly became clear that was not possible.

Without question, this is the most unprofessional MLM company I’ve encountered in over 13 years in the industry, across multiple organisations.

Customers and members are treated like numbers, not people. Accounts have been blocked without proper justification, and rightful commissions have been withheld, including my own. Not delayed, completely withheld. In other cases, commissions have gone unpaid for over a year, while customers receive no response regarding product issues.

Communication is almost nonexistent. Emails go unanswered, messages are ignored, people gaslighted and even when legal representatives are involved, there is often little to no response. That alone speaks volumes.

At a corporate level, there is a clear lack of structure and integrity. Individuals have been allowed to hold corporate roles while simultaneously operating as field distributors, with access to internal systems. This creates obvious conflicts of interest and raises serious ethical concerns.

There are individuals from the field put into corporate roles without proper structure, often using promises of money or shares. This further blurs boundaries, reinforces unprofessional practices, and undermines trust.

There have also been sponsor changes without sponsors consent and approvals.

There is a lot of vague “new age” messaging, and bold product claims, yet lacks transparency, professionalism, and operational consistency. The products themselves are largely built on hype, big words, and manipulation, with little real science or substance behind them. There are no solid systems, no accountability, and no clear structure.

Operations appear disorganized and may raise concerns around potential ethical and compliance issues.

The list of issues goes on, but the overall experience has been extremely disappointing.
All of the core contributors, leaders, even founder and corporate staff responsible for building the company from the ground up have since left, and awareness of these issues continues to grow as the company steadily declines.

I strongly recommend that anyone considering getting involved to run the other way.

Firstly does the product actually work? I would say yes I did have health benefits including more energy and help with a long standing calf pain issue. It really helped ease this. The good ends there though.
The first thing to note is this tech is highly highly sensitive to damage and does not have longevity. I had my first bottle for 4 months before the top component broke and stopped working. It took 8 weeks and multiple emails to the 'Care' team to finally have a replacement sent. They gave me all kinds of excuses about supply issues while still selling the new bottles on their website. They only actually replaced the bottle after the middle component itself developed a crack and started leaking. I had to more or less threaten them with angry emails to eventually get them to send me a replacement bottle.
Now - the second (replacement) bottle. It lasted one week. I (my fault this time) dropped the bottle from the seat of the car (it rolled off) onto the concrete floor of the garage(about 700mm height) and that's all it took for it to completely break and stop working (the bottom part broke which is the main hydrogen part). Lumivitae actually now acknowledges in their instructions these bottles are highly sensitive to damage from dropping (probably because so many people are having issues) yet incredibly they do not sell the bottles with any kind of fall resistance (like a foam base or holder something). If you are brave enough to buy one of these make sure you wrap it in bubble wrap or strap a beer can cooler to the base and cut a hole for the operating button. Or better yet never take it out of the house.
Perhaps the worst part of Lumivitae is their customer service. It's incredibly hit and miss but on the whole they seem to go out of their way to make honouring their warrantee difficult. It's almost like they just hope you will go away. The are very polite about it though which makes it all the more annoying.
So on the whole proceed with a LOT of caution dealing with this company.

Ich hab mir diese Flasche gekauft um Entzündungen besser in den Griff zu bekommen. Leider hab ich keine Wirkung nach 1 Jahr Benutzung und mir hilft dann doch eher Ernährung und Waldbaden und andere Dinge .
Ich denke diese Flasche hat kein wirklichen Nutzen :(
Und es kommen immer mehr Mängel hinzu bei der Flasche.

Aus der Not ( chronische Erschöpfung ) habe ich diese teure 500.- Flasche gekauft. Ich habe keine Wunder erwartet, aber doch auf irgend einer Ebene eine Reaktion. Nach 6 Monaten habe ich eine Pause gemacht um zu sehen ob es einen Unterschied macht. Nach 3 Monaten habe ich die Flasche erneut für 3 Monate verwendet. Danach wieder eine Pause. Als ich die Flasche Anfang Juli 25 nochmals gebrauchen wollte hat der Deckel nicht mehr funktioniert. Es scheint ein gängiges Problem zu sein. Seit dem warte ich darauf einen neuen zu bekommen (2 1/2 Monate) oder die Flasche retournieren zu können (2 Jahre Garantie). Das zugehörige Kabel hat nach 6 Monaten aus unerklärlichen Gründen den Geist aufgegeben. Es hat sich absolut nichts bei mir verändert, weder zum Guten noch zum schlechten

Ich mag keine Lügen und Übertreibungen. Lumiviate hat ein hervorragendes Marketing und versteht es Menschen zu manipulieren. Die Flasche ist - wie alle andern Flaschen ein Produkt aus China und auch dort entwickelt worden. Nuno Nina hat nur seine Namen dafür verkauft. Die Flasche bietet keine Vorteile gegenüber anderen, hat sogar viel zu wenig H2 Inhalt, was den Hauptteil ausmachen sollte. Es kommt sehr wohl auf die Menge des H2 an. Für mich ist dies einfach zu teuer, aber MLM hat seinen Preis

Absolut empfehlenswert aus meiner Sicht.

Nicht nur das ich neurologische Probleme ohne Pharma in den Griff bekommen habe, auch der sogenannte "Brainfrog" ist einem klaren Focus gewichen. Ich bin besser gelaunt und habe spürbar mehr Energie.
Aber warum habe ich mich für die Cellpower HydrogenWaterBottle von LumiVitae entschieden?

Den Mehrwert seh ich nicht nur in der innovativen Technologie, der genialen Haptik und dem ansprechenden Design. ( Ich habe sie mir in der goldenen Farbe bestellt )

Es sind für mich die "Extras", womit sich die CellPower-Flasche von anderen Flaschen unterscheidet. Vergleich gern selbst.

Farbtherapie in 7 Chakrenfarben wählbar, auswählbare Frequenzen für mehr Energie, mehr Erholung und bessere Regeneration nach dem Sport.

Und was andere Flaschen auch nicht haben, ist ein eigenes Magnetfeld, welches mein Wasser vor äußeren Strahlungseinflüssen schüzt.

Was ich auch genial finde, ist die Kompatibilität mit größeren externen Flaschen. So kann ich mit dem Unterteil der CellPower und der Wahl des 9min. Zyklus auch externe Flaschen mit Wasserstoff anreichern.

Auch für die einfache Handhabung und Reinigung, gebe ich hier 5 Sterne. Wie auch für den Kundenservice der mit dem Unternehmen gewachsen ist.

Wenn man vergleicht, findet man nur wenig gute bis sehr gute Wasserstoffflaschen. Und auch diese liegen im höhere Preissegment. Was eben auf den Einsatz qualitativ hochwertiger Materialien zurück zuführen ist.

Aber ehrlich...
Welche Qualität wird dir dann eine Flasche für 30,- oder 100,- liefern?

Unabhängige Tests haben ergeben, das diese "Ich kauf lieber günstig"- Flaschen, stellenweise mehr Schadstoffe produzieren, welche sie dann an dein Wasser abgeben, und eher gesundheitsschädlich sind.

Auch in dem Punkt gebe ich der CellPower-Flasche 5 Sterne, denn diese ist geprüft und zertifiziert.
Für mich ein sehr wichtiger Qualitätsaspekt, da sie auch in medizinischen Bereichen zum Einsatz kommt. Warum nehmen sie wohl keine ungeprüften Produkte?

Apropos.. bei Smartphones dürfen es 500-1500 € sein, mit dem Wissen das die Strahlung dieser Geräte uns extrem schadet incl. WLAN. Bei Investition in die eigene Gesundheit fängt man an zu sparen. Versteh ich bis heut noch nicht diese Denkweise. :)

Did not order anything, did not even know this company exists until I got notified by Fed Ex that a shipment from them is on the way. Not sure what it is all about but it looks like a scam to me.

Als aller Erstes: Die Flasche ist KEIN Plastik. Schlimm, was hier in den Bewertungen vorzufinden ist.

Ja, die Falsche ist teuer und wer sich informiert, weiß, dass es die Studien gibt. Es gibt öffentliche Seiten, auf denen man alles nachlesen kann. Man muss sich nur die Mühe machen. Jedoch ist es heutzutage einfacher, alles schlecht zu reden, ohne sich informiert zu haben.

Die Flasche macht einen hochwertigen Eindruck und ist auch in der limitierten Ausgabe sehr schick.

Die Funktion ist einfach:
Oben stellst du ein, welches Energielevel zu haben möchtest.
Unten stellst du ein, wie lange der Wasserstoff produziert werden soll, 3-6-9 Minuten und welche Farbe zu deiner Stimmung passt. Dabei sind 9 Minuten für große Flaschen gedacht.

Beide Einheiten kannst du über das mitgelieferte Kabel laden, den Stecker benötigst du selbst. Jedoch sollte der überall mittlerweile vorhanden sein, allein schon durch die Smartphones.

Wer keine Änderung spürt, der nutzt entweder das falsche Wasser oder ist generell pessimistisch eingestellt. Wer seinen Körper kennt, weiß, was das Wasser mit einem macht.

Versprochen wird von den Mitarbeitern dort ebenso nichts. Es wird klar mitgeteilt, dass keine Versprechen abgegeben werden können und dürfen, da es keine Mediziner sind. Das ist logisch.

Ja, der Preis ist wirklich etwas hoch. Hier könnte man eventuell nachbessern. Vielleicht geschieht das auch mal.

Wichtig ist: Es gibt keinerlei Nebenprodukte, die im Wasser erzeugt werden.

Ich selbst fühle mich danach klarer, fitter, energiegeladener. Man merkt den Unterschied.
