Absolute scam, poor quality hair, don’t waste your money.

I was scammed by lumma hair. My parcel arrived only to find out the wig quality was poor & did not ressemble what was advertised. I instantly emailed their customer service to request for a return address/code. I received a response from a Natalie asking me to take pictures and video of product and email back. Well, by the time I emailed back, the same email link became invalid as in "email link you'retrying to reach cannot be gound." To this day, I've not heard from them. That is £45 wasted as I can't use the wig. Lumma Hair is a scam business. DON'T BUY FROM THEM.

I was scammed by Lumma Hair. I ordered a 13×6 lace‑front human hair wig, but what they sent me was a cheap, poorly made synthetic wig that was not lace‑front at all. I immediately contacted their customer service and requested a refund. They told me to send photos, which I did, but they still refused to refund me unless I returned the item.

They refused to provide a return label and instead gave me a return address that I now believe is fake. I returned the item at my own expense through Royal Mail and provided them with the tracking number. According to Royal Mail, the parcel has been stuck in customs in the destination country since 06/05/26.

Lumma Hair is now claiming they cannot issue a refund because they “have not received the item,” even though the delay is due to the suspicious address they provided. This appears to be a deliberate tactic to avoid issuing refunds.

I have met every requirement they set, yet they continue to deny my refund. Their behaviour is dishonest, misleading, and consistent with scam practices. Consumers should be warned.

Warning. Do not buy a wig from this company before reading thereturn and cancellation policy. I ordered a wig and it took two weeks for me to receive after sending three emails. The wig came from a Nee York address. The lace wig I received was nothing like I ordered. It was a regular wig with no parting space and the hair was rough and tangled . I sent an email with pictures and after complete forms and sending more pictures of the wig I was given an address to send it back to China that costs $32 to mail back, the wig was only $117.00. After informing them they told me I did not send the wig within the 14 day period and I could no longer return it. So, just be aware and I hope no one has to go through what happened to me. Buy from trusted dealers who are familiar and have a trusted history. Lastly, how I was treated does not go unnoticed by the Universe and that bad energy will come back to them because I paid for a product and I did not get what I paid for and they do not even deserve one star.

The company is fake and sends you synthetic hair. Its horrific.

This company is a scam! I want my Money back! The wig thats advertised is Nothing! Of what I was sent #2331 April 19th I ordered the cheapest, ugliest wig yall could find! No natural or Pre-Anything! I was cheated! And Lied to! Give me my money! I sent All kinds of complaints! Still no response. I ordered thru Shop( Affirm)

À fuir, publicités mensongère. J'ai payé pour une perruque 30 pouces human hair et j'ai reçu 3 semaines plus tard une perruque synthétique immondes. Le genre de perruque que je ne mettrais jamais même pour un déguisement.

The wig is absolute rubbish. This brand is a pure scam. I purchased a wig, and what I received was completely unacceptable. Returning it cost me £22.50, and I still haven't received my refund. Avoid this brand at all costs, all positive reviews are fake.

They sent a fake synthetic wig and when upload and reported the offer little solution and when you try to get your money back after keep on lying they either block you or gone underground , no more correspondence.
Scammed.

They sell fake hairs and advertise as human hair.when you receive the item they refuse to refund. They stop replying your chats. They are scammers and scamming every one that order their items. Dont order from them ever

I was scammed by this company. I ordered a human hair wig but received a synthetic wig instead. They are making it very difficult to return this product. I will keep you updated if I received my full refund. Do not order anything from this company because it is a scam. This has been a lesson not to trust any company you see.
