LUNA London Mirrors Reviews

Absolutely awful product - charger will not fit into the port! Emailed and sent video and now their customer support is ignoring me!! A friend was about to order, and now hasn’t due to my awful experience- poor product, customer support shocking AVOID

I don't usually leave reviews, but I was so impressed by the LUNA London mirrors that I just had to share my experience.

I first bought a small compact mirror for my daughter, and she absolutely loved it! Seeing her so happy, I decided to get her the Orbit mirror for Christmas, and even got one for my mother too.

The build quality of these mirrors is outstanding. The packaging was also high-quality, making the unboxing experience special. The mirrors themselves are incredibly versatile, thanks to the additional magnetic zoomer and the LED lighting. My daughter mentioned that the LED lighting makes it so much easier to use, especially in dimly lit rooms.

Overall, I'm thrilled with my purchases from LUNA London and highly recommend their mirrors. They've certainly earned my trust and future business!

In addition to offering a terrific product the customer service at Luna London is outstanding! A few weeks after purchasing my Luna mirror I accidentally dropped the separate magnifying mirror and it shattered. I contacted customer service, (Megan) asking if I could buy a replacement. Not only did they replace the mirror they sent it to me absolutely free! Outstanding! I rarely witness this type of commitment from companies so what a delight it is to be able to share this experience with other potential and existing customers.

Very happy with the service and product provided by the LUNA London team.

Customer service was great, and delivery of my order was speedy and extremely well packaged!

5 star experience all round. Would definitely recommend.

Received the Orbit mirror and the quality is fantastic. Incredibly speedy delivery, excellent product and the customer service is outstanding. Would definitely order again and highly recommend.

I bought one of these for travelling as I’m fed up with poorly lit Hotel mirrors and I’m so glad I did. It’s very light and compact with 2 brightness settings and comes with a charging wire so no chance of batteries running out on you.
My only regret is that I didn’t find out about this earlier.

A company that cares, values their customers, and stands behind their products!

Seriously! Meagan is so quick to reply to emails, concerns, helpful and if not resolvable immediately makes good on their promises! I have had issues with my beautiful mirror Orbit and even after I have had it all this time, as we speak she made sure that after back n forth emails of troubleshooting - they are sending me a replacement! Products are just beautiful and classy! I will definitely buy from again! And recommend to everyone!

Oh and when I first purchased my mirror the detachable magnified was just not staying put - they immediately upon release of upgrading it - sent me out another one.

In this day of so many companies not caring, not honoring promises, not even replying to our concerns -LUNA and Meagan and the team are a breath of fresh air and I for one am VERY appreciative!

GO BUY THEIR PRODUCTS on they website and on amazon - (just be sure its legit there)

I ordered a mirror from Luna and had some courier related problem. No fault of Luna at all. I contacted Luna and was delighted with the speed of the response (Thanks Megan) and the issue was resolved in no time at all. Outstanding customer service, and the product is of excellent quality. So buy from this company with complete confidence.

I have recently purchased the compact mirror and I would highly recommend!
If you’re like me and struggle doing your make up in these dark mornings, look no further! This handy compact mirror has 3 different light functions, it’s great!
The size is perfect to pop in your bag too!
Speedy delivery, would recommend.

I absolutely loved this product, super speedy shipping and outstanding customer service.
