Absolutely terrible after-sales service. When a product turned out to be defective, Luriax completely ignored me. I sent multiple emails asking for a response and never received a single reply. This is unacceptable and shows a total lack of respect for customers. I will never buy anything from Luriax again and strongly advise others to avoid this company.
Update: I received an email from Luriax, which I responded to, but unfortunately I have not received any further response since February 10.
I therefore maintain my position that the after sales service at Luriax is very bad.

This order dates back to December 2024. When you contacted us months later regarding the magnet concern, you shared a video using a decorative magnet.
We reviewed this and explained that our cases are designed specifically for MagSafe-compatible accessories and are not intended to function with decorative magnets or other non-MagSafe mounts.
You confirmed that switching to a proper MagSafe mount resolved the issue. You later mentioned signs of wear after several months of use. While Alcantara is a premium material, some natural wear can occur over time depending on handling.

Shipping time was not anywhere in the realm of accurate.
This company took 3 full week days after confirming receipt of the order to simply package the product and deliver it to the postage carrier, and once they did, 3 more week days (now over the weekend and multiple times longer than promised) to deliver the product. The warehouse is less than an hour from my house...

It took about 3.5 weeks but it was worth the wait. Beautiful case/wallet combo for my 17ProMax. Packaging was detailed and above any others I’ve reviewed. It’s hand made so have patience. If this holds up it’ll be hands down the best case I’ve ever reviewed. Every stitch is flawless.

Not a bad wallet. Not the best wallet.
Really good unboxing experience. The black shredded paper and the expensive box and cologne spray made me consider buying it as a gift this holiday season.
However…
The engraving/printing is really dark and hard to see. The slider for the cards is a little difficult to slide up and because it’s plastic and not metal like the rest of the wallet, I have to open it carefully to not break it. Though It’s not a problem now, it looks like the alcantara was just kinda slapped onto the wallet with superglue and I’m afraid that it might peel or unstick from everyday movement in my pocket. And lastly, there is already a slight tear in the green plastic/silicone lining/trim on the wallet. Keep in mind I’ve had this wallet for less than 3 days. This means that over time it will peel off more and more and eventually end up like my last wallet I had to replace.
Overall, the packaging really had me thinking this would be an expensive and well-constructed wallet but for $30 its not the worst you could buy.

package was really amazing. never seen this much well packaging and felt like they treat customer really well. and of course alcantara quality was really good and work with magsafe charger!!

After leaving my first review. I have completed deleted it as the problem was not a new material, but more or less a minor issue with the volume Buttons. Zac, a customer representative emailed me about my review.
Long story short, the case was a little defective. He offered his apologies and a immediate upgrade to the sport case. We are all humans at the end of the day, and we make mistakes. But we are measured on how we improve on those and this company has succeeded on my expectations on making it right.

Being an exotic car enthusiast I have seen the Alcantara material in Porsches, Ferraris, and Lambos. It’s kinda amazing to feel same material on your daily accessories.
Also by far one of the best packaging designs I’ve ever seen.
