From the very first enquiry phone call to the last the service & communication was excellent.
We are 300 miles away from the garage so we really needed 100% reassurance before our purchase & that's what we got.
A special mention to Joe Plunkert for providing us with this through phone calls emails & videos & due to all the information we purchased the car.
Everything regarding payment etc was made very easily.
Three days after our purchase Joe contacted us to make sure that everything with the car was 100% & to thank us once again for our custom.

Great service from start to finish. Made an appointment to test a mg zs. Purchased same day. The vehicle was serviced and I had front and rear dashcam installed at the same time by Luscombe mg Leeds. Collected the car on time a few days later. Would highly recommended. Oh the car is great too. Try one you won’t regret it.

He made it clear what I was purchasing and suggested products to support that purchase but gave me the head space to make up my own mind at all stages. Great buying experience buying at Luscombe Leeds, without the typical hard-sell tactics have experienced with other dealerships. Everything was explained, so I understood clearly. My contact sales executive, Nathan was excellent, extremely professional and went above and beyond throughout the whole process, from test drive to handover. He ensured everything went through smoothly, despite some niggles that arose on my side. I was regularly updated on my purchase progress at every stage, the communication was excellent. I am extremely happy with my new purchase will be back to this dealership in the future.

Had a great experience buying a new car (MG HS PHEV) from Luscombe MG Leeds, so much better than previous purchases from other dealerships, with a focus on customer service and not the normal hard sell I associate with buying a car. I found an amazing price for a brand new MGS5 here and wondered what the catch was. Seemed there was an offer running to the end of the month. You do worry you're being spun a line, but this wasn't the case as I checked on the price the month after, and it had gone back up 🤣
Anyway, I'm not local, and they made it supr easy to do everything over the phone and online. I was kept up to date every step of the way and nothing was too much trouble. I dropped my old car off elsewhere in Leeds on collection day and they even came to pick me up so I wouldn't have to Uber there - this was particularly impressive.
My salesperson, Nathan, is wonderful! Really helpful and a total car nerd, which was perfect! As this is a a new model, he talked me through all the training he'd had to ensure that I would get the most from the car. During the handover the sales manager also came over to introduce himself and to make sure I was being taken care of, which I thought was a nice touch.
Since collecting, I've had a new questions about the car - with it being so new, Google isn't much help yet 🤣 Nathan has always got back to me in a timely manner, and has gone searching for any answers he didn't directly know himself.
Like I said, I'm not local, but the service and prices here are worth the journey.
Thoroughly recommend!
