Its been over 3 months since installation of my Solar PV system - I wanted to comment on Lush, the system and my experience setting up the Smart Export Guarantee. Lush and their installation has been simply excellent. They have solar PV on their own homes, are extremely knowledgeable and appear to genuinely care and take pride in the quality of their work. I’d been researching Solar PV for some time, and had on-line surveys using Google Earth and was suspicious that some would sub-contact the work and the contractor would just want to finish the job as quickly/cheaply as possible. During installation they found a fault with our immersion heat, rewired and then installed the solar immersion heater controller. No fuss - just found a problem and fixed it.
Growatt was an unknown, likewise long term reliability but we are very happy with the system performance so far. The app is simple and easy to understand.
We were with Shell Energy - slow and unhelpful. Moved to Octopus - easy to deal with and set up of the SEG.
In summary, extremely pleased with Lush and would recommend to anyone.

Dylan talked everything through which made everything so easy to understand. Work was carried out to a very high standard. Dylan installed solar panels which charged the annexe,shed,spa and outhouse with excess charge going back into the house.
Price was very reasonable compared to other companies.
I would definitely recommend Lush Renewables to family and friends.

Great service from start to finish, they worked with me for the best system for my needs and gave some great advice along the way. They installed solar, batteries and a car charger at a very competitive price. Clean, tidy and polite.

Was recommended Dylan for solar panels and battery installation through a friend. The guys both on site and from the office were super helpful. They did a wonderful job and we are super happy with the installation and service provided. So happy in fact we immediately recommended them to a friend who also had an installation. Pricing was great too. Would thoroughly recommend this company.

Great service, smooth installation. David was great at explaining everything from simple solar panel questions, right through to complex questions about my house electricity usage. The installation was smooth, and the panels look great. I've been seriously impressed with the service and the product. Price was competitive too. Would highly recommend.

We found Lush Renewables through a facebook group and asked for a quote. We were a little worried about the lack of online presence but David put us in touch with a local customer and we went to see their install and got to ask questions.
David was happy to answer any questions we had and was easy to understand.
Everything moved so quickly and smoothly once we accepted our quote. Now we're 2 months after install and we're still super grateful for all the details David thought of as we had no idea what we were asking for!
The installation was done very quickly and neatly. The guys were very efficient, clean and tidy work.

Dealing with David and James at Lush Renewables has been a fantastic experience - David has answered all of my questions and given all the detail I required to make an informed decision about my Solar & Battery install, there was no pressure for quick decisions which was lucky as im in a conservation area and had to wait (a long time) for my planning to be approved. David applied for my G99 and all paperwork was clear.
Had 16 Panels installed along with battery and inverter - They were able to hide the cabling internally in a service conduit and everything has been left very neat and tidy !
The roofing team of Kerrie and Ross did a great job and also patched a small hole in my roof that was spotted - Brilliant service all around, would happily recommend and use again if the situation arose.

We can wholeheartedly recommend David and the Lush Renewables team, having had such a positive experience. Everything went smoothly from the first enquiry to the sign off today. The price quoted was excellent, and David was very patient and clear in navigating us through the complex world of Solar and battery installation. Because they work strictly within the local Huntingdon area, they were able to fit us in very quickly, and when they came, the team of three completed the install in one day, leaving no mess or damage. They were a pleasure to have around too, very friendly and helpful. I don’t yet have any experience of aftercare, but I’ve every confidence that it will be as excellent as the service so far.

Excellent service and great knowledge of solar panels, batteries etc. We’re already saving money on our electricity despite it being mid February.

Solar and everything associated is confusing and expensive, I looked at over a dozen firms before contacting David. From the start he put my family at ease, simple discussions, thoughtful needs assessment with help deciding on what was right for our budget and lifestyle. David and his team were a recommendation by a neighbour. They are professional and happy to answer any questions about all things solar. They installed the panels and batteries in one day as ours was a straight forward install. They worked hard all day and left absolutely no mess. I can’t recommend them enough.

I phoned Lush on a recommendation and got through to David immediately. It became clear from that first phone call that they know what they are talking about and have a real depth of knowledge in the industry.

An initial visit followed very shortly afterwards and David answered all my questions and provided me with a very competitive quote a few days later. There was no messing about with the quote, just a fair, competitive price with no hidden extras delivered very quickly after our meeting.

I'm very pleased with our installation, it's working very well even in the depths of winter. I'm already thinking about how I might expand the system in the future, and I will go straight back to David at Lush for phase 2.

We are very pleased with our solar panel and battery installation from Lush renewables. We found David and his colleagues very professional. They gave us good guidance on the installation. Install was very tidy and not stressful. They used so the proper kit for our roof with special tiles for under the clips and attaching the bird proofing.

I engaged David and James from Lush renewables to install a 22 panel PV system with inverter and batteries.

I selected Lush based on a number of local recommendations, and based on the quality of the advice and guidance I received from them.

Obviously, residentially solar installations are an extremely popular but relative immature industry. However David and James have offered advice and guidance throughout. I am extremely happy with their installation and aftercare and would not hesitate to recommend them or to use them again myself.

First class service from the first telephone call though to the installation and continues with advice on any questions I have asked. Solar panels, battery and EV charger fitted and operational in one day. I have had no hesitation in recommending to friends and family.

The service was first class by a group of lads with a 'can do attitude.' Everything is taken care of for you. From the first visit where everything is explained, and in my case explained again and again. It really is a personal service, the panels, the work, the schedule and so on is all planned out for you, explained and emailed. The calculations with regards to usage, number of panels and fitting is all taken care of for you. The paperwork is all filled in for you and submitted. The work itself was completed in a day to the highest standards, including all the bird netting. I had a quite a few questions at the end regarding the app to monitor usage and how best to use the battery packs. The lads have infinite patience (needed in my case) they will always take time out to either come and visit, phone or text the answers you need.
I did a search around for other companies with regards to price and LushRenewables could not be beaten.
There is little more I can say, other than if you are looking for a fast, reliable, professional fitting/company then seriously look no further, get onto Lushrenewables.
