I contacted Lustro Stone after a recommendation from my Daughters friend ..I can't praise the communication I had from Joe enough and ultimately the service from Template to Fix was exceptional which is very rare to find these days! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to anyone

Brilliant service, quality and help with options during pricing.

Great experience!
After doing lots of research and getting various quotes I decided to go with lustro stone. Joe was very friendly and responsive right from the start, templating and fitting done within a week. Prices really competitive. I love the worktop choice I made and am so happy with quality of the fitting. I would highly recommend this company.

False promises three times.
Should of gave up after second time but gave another chance.

We used Lustro Stone after a friend recommended them. Joe replied to messages quickly and was able to come template the worktop within a few days. Turnaround was less than a week for fitting and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Perfect worktops fitted professionally. Thanks again.

Where to start! We were so hesitant in changing from our current supplier of Granite and Quartz worktop but Joseph and the Team did not disappoint.

Knowledgable, punctual and above all else their workmanship is 2nd to none. An absolute pleasure to work with!

See you on the next one!

In summary Lustro Stone are an above average company using above average products and delivering above average service.

Excellent work from two very pleasant gentlemen. Quality of work and the way in which it was completed more than satisfactory.Everything done as planned and always kept informed of arrival and departure times.

Very impressed with the choice of products and quality of fitting from start to finish. The overall result is excellent and the worktop has really enhanced our kitchen. Would highly recommend Lustro stone to anyone looking for a high quality, but reasonably priced worktop.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff, and an amazing product as well. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for worktops

Truly incredible service and professionalism from Joe and team. The level of finish is second to none and has transformed the area. Simply flawless and executed our vision perfectly. Thank you Joe!

How incredibly refreshing to find a business that takes customer service so seriously and has such pride in delivering a great product.
Lustro Stone had come highly recommended, but I was still surprised just how accommodating Joe was in helping us find the correct product at the right price. We had very set ideas about what we wanted but once we had made contact with Joe, he was very helpful in guiding us towards the correct product. Joe was incredibly prompt in replying to any queries and completed the templating and fitting on time. On installation of our new Quartz work tops and splash back you can fully understand why Joe comes so highly recommended as he and Matt are very professional in everything they do and take massive pride in installing the product to a very high standard taking great pride in what they do. I couldn't recommend this company highly enough and the Quartz worktops look incredible with all friends and family commenting how fantastic they look.
Massive thanks to Joe and Max for helping make our dream kitchen become a reality.

Joe was fabulous from start to finish!
Professional, helpful, knowledgeable and reliable.

Joe sent us out a few samples of worktop/granite that we liked which was so helpful in making sure we picked the right one to compliment our new kitchen units. He was extremely competitively priced and we were even able to have a few extras not originally in our plan. Although competitively priced this did not compromise quality of the product or the workmanship involved.

We are absolutely thrilled with the finished results and would highly recommend this business to our friends and Family.

Keep up the the good work!

Very pleased with the granite worktops fitted. The company was completely priced and Joe was able to offer us extras but at no extra cost. He kept his promises for times ect and I can only say our expectations were exceeded. The fitters were polite, helpful and very very clean workers. I would recommend this company to anyone.
