There should be ZERO stars.... the site I "bit" on was Tupperware!! nothing ever received.. emails come back..

SCAM! I ordered diapers from a “closeout” buybuy baby sale. Turns out it was scam. When I went to check the order status the page had an error. Hoping my bank will refund the money. So disappointing.

SCAM!!!! Ad on Facebook and says Trusted Vendors but it a scam.

This is a SCAM!! Ordered from Harry & David on Facebook. No email confirmation & did not receive merchandise, but money came out of my account immediately. Called my bank, destroyed my card, & was issued a new card. My bank investigated, gave me the money back to my account after finding that it was fictitious. Will only order online if able to pay with PayPal. This is the safest route.

Ordered garden furniture online via fb. No confirmation email or goods ever received. Paid by credit card but still trying to get a refund.

This company posed as Harry and David. Looked totally legitimate on FB. I placed an order and never received it. I filed a claim with my bank and hopefully they’ll put the money back in my account.

if i could give zero stars, i would. never received my pkg. when you write to custumer service, a robot answers. now contesting with credit card. beware

Horrible experience. Purchased a coffee machine for my daughter for Xmas and didn’t get anything but credit card making me pay because company said they delivered it. It’s a scam. Don’t do it. Now I have to pay for something I didn’t even get. They showed they delivered it but I didn’t get it and with all the Chinese you can’t tell who was the carrier to deliver it. Also it’s been almost a month ago that it was supposed to be delivered. Very disappointed.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Luvef.com They are a scam, they posed as "Big Lots." I made a purchase, but after completing my transaction, I never received any confirmation or receipt of my order. I haven’t received any shipping or tracking information.

It's very frustrating, as I trusted this company, assuming they were a legitimate retailer (Big Lots). I’ve never been able to get in touch with anyone who could provide clarity on where my order is, and the lack of communication is concerning.

I strongly advise anyone to think twice before purchasing from them, as my experience suggests this is scam!!! I will be reporting this to the proper authorities, and I urge others to do the same if they have been affected.

Saw the add of tupperware sales in fb and ordered 25 euro worth things
I got sn emailwith my order number and tracking number after a while i checked and "your item was not delivered"showed up.
Wrote thrm emails no respinse SCUM SCUM!!
What sm i supposed to do now??

Wish I had looked at reviews before ordering.Everything looked legit but never got confirmation of order or merchandise. Disputing with credit card.

I also fell for the “Big Lots Closing sale” scam. No where was it mentioned luvef London. I am just seeing that name almost a month after getting scammed for $25.

Well I placed an order about big lots closeout sales and I have yet to receive any of the items I punched. Please help
I had been so excited . Now my kids keep saying I told you it was a bad site.

Ordered from what I thought was a big lots close out, lost 33.50 no emails no nothing, this luvef London GB is a scam company don’t order off of Facebook !!!

Did not receive the merchandise I ordered. I received a tracking number and it says it has delivered and I never received anything.

Beware of scam sellers on Facebook!

I ordered I thought was big lots but it was a scam you got me 50 dollars 9cents my bank said I should try contacting you all but your not real I want my money back I on fix income shame on you all…god is watching.
