Do not order from this company. I purchased a product that had a 30 day money back guarantee if the product didn't work. I notified the company within 2 weeks that I wanted to return the item. They responded and asked that I try it for a little longer. I used it for another 2 weeks and knew that the product was not quality so I requested a refund. They gave me two options (that was not stated on the website), a credit totaling 50% of the product (no return necessary) or ship the product back with a 25% restocking fee and of course I would pay to return it and I would only get my money back after their inspection. Either option, I was out of the money. I don't plan to use the credit because there merchandise is trash.

I ordered the pro. My address auto filled to some address from 3 years ago cause that’s the last time I used the shop website they use. I emailed them 3 times within 10 minutes of my order being placed when I saw the address , emailed a separate 2/3 more times that day, looked ALL over the site to try to cancel the order but it was impossible, tried to google a number to call. Called both random numbers I found, neither worked both just instantly said number unavailable and would hang up. 2 days later AFTER the package officially shipped they emailed me back and said sorry it shipped we can’t do anything. Useless customer service if you can even call it that

On February 14, 2025, I placed an order on luviaofficiel.com and paid €34.94 for a denim jumpsuit (a blue jean one-piece outfit). As of today, I have not received anything.

I contacted the company multiple times via email. At first, they responded, but eventually they stopped replying completely. There is no phone number, no clear way to request a refund, and their so-called “return policy” is meaningless in practice.

I’ve already reported the issue to my bank and filed a complaint with the European Consumer Centre. Despite these efforts, the company has not taken any action.

This is clearly a scam. I strongly warn others not to order from this website. You will likely lose your money and receive nothing in return.
