Ordered a cat tracker. Item that arrived was a massive dog tracker and dog collar. Completely unsuitable and, more importantly, not what I paid for. Customer service spent a lot of time asking me for photos and said they were reviewing it. I suspect they are going to faff about for a long while and hope I just write it off. I am not going to.
AVOID this company. Items are cheap Chinese products and they do not own up to mistakes.

Terrible product. I purchased an 'air cooler' which turned out to be a cheap plastic container with a fan and a dish at the top for ice. It was useless, producing no cool air whatsoever. When I moved it across my carpet, 3 of the feet popped out spilling water everywhere. This was potentially very dangerous and as I have physical challenges it was totally unsuitable. If the water had spilled onto the cable or plug it could have caused an electrical shock. I could barely carry the cooler back and the water container at the bottom bent out of shape as the plastic is so cheap.

I am also very concerned that there are hidden costs as the product was advertised as £149.99 with FREE POSTAGE. I ordered it and the AFTER payment I received the tracking which advised it was coming from CHINA!!! It took 3 weeks to arrive and I was so appalled by the cheap quality that I returned it straightaway.

It cost me £62.80 to send it back via Royal Mail. I am very concerned that the cost actually includes postage but is not being disclosed as it certainly is not worth the money I paid. It's more like £25 and it's very much smaller than the advert.

I asked for a refund. A month later I have heard nothing back from Luxelie. They kept offering me vouchers off cheaper products which I didn't want! I purchased the 'air-cooler' (which does no such thing and is the size of a large bread bin!) during the heatwave. My tower fan does a better job! I have to be careful as I have had disabilities throughout life so a product like this should have a warning on it as its not suitable for people with disabilities.

I have reported this to Trading Standards and will be requesting a charge back from my bank if a refund for the product AND the cost of returning it to China is refused. I DO believe this is a scam product and would not recommend it to anyone. It is very unfair that the fact that products are being sent from China is not being disclosed.

I have also been advised to contact the UKICC (UK International Consumer Centre) if I do not receive a refund of the FULL cost which is £212.79 (product and return postage) as it is clear that we ARE having to pay for postage if the product is coming from China. This is very deceptive and is misinformation/false advertising on the part of Luxelie.

Faites attention. Leur service après vente est formidable , réactif. Mais il s'agit d'un site américain. Donc ils m'ont promis une livraison en moins d'une semaine , ca a mis 3 semaines . Et le produit que j'ai reçu n'est pas celui commandé. Mais alors pas du tout . Le produit est médiocre il s'agissait d'un ventilateur rafraîchissant a 179 euros au lieu de 359euros . Un 16litres, j'ai reçu un 6 litres. Et ils m'ont dont fait un geste commercial de 70 euros si je le conservais, car de toute façon le renvoi du produit était a ma charge et estimé à 70 euros après mon étude. Bref , très mauvais site. On préfère un bon vieil amazon

Do not use this company. Ordered a tap unit that arrived well after the promised date. Had to buy from elsewhere. Asked for a refund and they stated that I had to return the item to China at my own expense. Even though they are in the USA and the return addres on the label is in Bradford UK. Offered 50% and to keep the tap. It was not that I changed my mind or cancelled, it was that they were late therefore the return costs should be down to them. What am I going to do with a second tap. They do not live up to what they quote on there website saying they take care of custo.ers and endeavour to resolve problems. Same response numerous times and no way to make a formal complaint. DO NOT USE

Very poor quality. Can't figure out how to return. Canb't send email as I can't prove I'm not a robot. Junk! Rip off!

I ordered numbers 1 and 2 for street and they sent 8 and 7.

Now they don’t want to refund but just give 40% back.

I’m gonna let my lawyer come in and work it for me.

You need to refund me now or send the real numbers.

Don’t let the delivery time put you off. Everything arrived as described and the quality made it worthwhile.

I added a storage basket to my order at the last minute, and I’m really glad I did. Worth the wait because the quality is genuinely better than I expected. It fits perfectly in my bathroom cabinet and keeps everything much tidier.

Simple, useful, and good quality. No complaints from me.

The bathroom shelf fits perfectly beside my sink. Delivery took a little patience, but it arrived safely and looks exactly as pictured.

Don't touch this company, ordered 2 air con units and both arrived late and damaged, sent all photos and info and they have said not our problem but it's the couriers issue and I have to chase them, still waiting for there details, they also want me to send the units back to China, The return delivery address on the parcel is apparently nothing to do with them and the warehouse as stated on their website in Bradford is a normal house. Still trying to get a refund please avoid these at all costs.

The shelving unit feels much stronger than I expected for the price. Shipping took a little patience, but the product is solid, easy to assemble, and holds plenty of weight without wobbling. Very happy with it.

This was my first order from the store, so I wasn’t completely sure what to expect. Delivery took about two weeks, exactly as explained before ordering, and I appreciated the honesty. The products matched the descriptions, looked like the photos, and felt better than expected. I’d happily order again.

It arrived and looks nothing like the product advertised.
Returns are at my own expense..why should I pay to return an item that I did not want. I did not receive the advertised item..The item received is poor quality , poor instructions and a waste of money.
I strongly advise you to avoid this company

I bought a wall organiser for the garage and finally have somewhere to keep all my smaller tools. The wait was exactly what the website promised, and everything arrived safely packed. Much tidier now.

One of the Worst Online Shopping Experiences I've Had

I purchased this air cooler expecting a product that matched its description and the price I paid. Unfortunately, the item I received was extremely disappointing. The cooling performance was poor, the overall build quality felt very cheap, and it did not meet my expectations in any way.

What made this experience even worse was the customer service. Instead of providing a straightforward solution, I was asked to return the item to China at my own expense. The return shipping cost is completely unreasonable compared to the value of the product and makes the return process impractical.

I attempted to resolve the matter professionally and gave the seller multiple opportunities to offer a fair solution. However, my messages were either ignored or met with unacceptable proposals. As a customer, I should not be expected to pay a significant amount to return a low-value item overseas when the product itself is not as expected.

This has been one of the most frustrating online purchases I have made. I would strongly encourage potential buyers to carefully consider the return policy before purchasing from this seller. If something goes wrong, you may be left paying substantial return shipping costs or struggling to obtain a satisfactory resolution.

I cannot recommend this seller based on my experience. The product quality, after-sales support, and overall customer experience have all fallen well below what I would expect from a reputable online retailer.

There was a slight courier delay, but customer support answered my email quickly and kept me updated until the parcel arrived. That made the experience stress free. Once everything arrived, the quality easily justified the short wait.

Bought a Product from them.... this was delivered from a 3rd party company based in China... took 3 weeks to arrive and was extremely sub-standard and not fit for purpose... Paid over £150... based on the construction and workmanship not worth more than £20.
Went to return it and had to send back to China.... delivery cost me £60

I ordered a garage rack along with a few bits for the house expecting a weekend project. Shipping took about two weeks but it was stated clearly before checkout, so there were no surprises. Everything arrived well packed, assembly was straightforward, and the finished result feels sturdy enough for heavy tools.
