I placed an order, after over a week I checked the order on the website and it said no payment required yet until order is confirmed but it also stated order confirmed. I checked my bank account and the transfer remained in pending status. I called, the operator was very unprofessional and confirmed they don't have stock. He agreed to cancel. I think there is just one or two people running this operation, not worth wasting your time.

Total scam. They do not send product and the emails bounce back. No way to contact them. Stay away.
In future if the price looks a bit too good to be true I'll look for a review on company before purchase.

SCAM!!! Did not send item, did not give any delivery information after sale. Not able to contact seller. Had to dispute payment. Took a long time to get back as the seller disputed my claim, but obviously had no evidence of the postage etc of the items. Stay clear. SCAM!!!!

Scam. Bought an item, company never sent it, lost my money.

This company is a scam know one what's to replay paid in full and no communication.

Still trying to get my money back.

Ordered an item which was never sent.

Phoned the company - phone disconnected.
Emailed the company - returned “undeliverable”.

Have had to dispute the payment transaction with my bank.

This is either a VERY poorly run business or a total Scam.

I wish I had read these reviews before my purchase.
I placed an order over 2 weeks ago, there has been no update. Called the number shown on the website today, which led me straight to the voice message. Sent an Email, came back straight away and said the Email address does not exist. Then went on their FB page, called the number shown(different one to the website) surprisingly a man answered, he said he would look into it and would call me back. Then I found this review page, and discovered there are a bunch of other people who went through exactly the same experience. I called my bank and am now trying to dispute my purchase. What a scammer, the website looked decent so didn't doubt it but now looking at it again, there are no product reviews at all. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM.

Their website states that they ship orders the next day, I ordered on 04/03/2024 it is now 8 days later and my order has yet to be shipped. I have emailed and called both the mobile and landline numbers and have not heard back from anyone.

This is the worst online company I have ever dealt with. I ordered a Devanti food dehydrator 4 weeks ago. Hadn't heard anything from them, so followed up with an email (as per their instructions). No response. I then called them, spoke to a rude customer service rep who said he would look into it & call me back. He didn't. Called them again, to say they'd cancelled the order. I said I didn't want it cancelled & to please send me the item. He said I would have to reorder it... but it had increased in value by $26 & I would have to pay that! I asked to speak to a manager & he said they would call me back... & I'm still waiting. Give this company a very wide berth... if I could give them zero stars (or a minus score) I would.

It seems that this company is happy to take your money and then not provide you with a delivery date or auspost tracking and then just to add salt to the wound they refuse to answer their emails leaving me with absolutely no way of knowing if or when the item that I purchased will ever show up.
I for one will never use this company again and recommend anybody thinking about it to avoid them.
