Very prompt communication, easy to go back-and-forth with different dates and options. Saved over $1000 from the ticket price I saw online! I would definitely use them again.

Have got great deals consistently from the team at Luxe Skies. So happy. The only problem is that it an emergency they are useless. This was proved when I had an accident on may recent trip. They were of NO help. If I had booked my ticket directly, I would have been able to change the ticket very easily. Maybe you should look into this other than buy insurance.

I liked that different options were offered to me on a regular basis. The salesman did not stop offering me different opportunities. I didn't like that there were some nuances to getting the price we wanted that came out later, but we followed through and finally got the price and trip we wanted. It worked out, it was just a little different if you're used to doing your own on-line booking, it was more like the days of using a travel agent which weren't so bad!!

Stephen was very diligent, yet not pushy, in finding me just the right flights coming and going on my multi-city trip. Most importantly he was patient with my requests, and bonus, came in at the lowest price for the service I was requesting. Many others care more about the sale than what you want. We booked our honeymoon flights through Luxe Skies after working with one of their agents for several days and weeks to get everything arranged. Unfortunately, a mix-up with our return flight wasn’t discovered until just five hours before we thought we were flying home.

We had already checked out of our hotel, returned our rental car, and were nearly on our way to the airport when we realized our flight had actually been booked for the following evening. Needless to say, we were incredibly stressed and unsure of what we were going to do.

I immediately contacted Luxe Skies, and after several conversations, David and his management team went above and beyond to help us. They were able to get us on the flight we originally intended to take that evening, with seats together, the same layover, and the same connecting flight. They made what could have been a major travel nightmare completely manageable.

We are so grateful for the way David and the Luxe Skies team handled the situation. Mistakes and unexpected situations can happen, but what matters is having a team that is willing to step in and help when you need them most (& they absolutely did that).

All the flight arrangements were great and agents were very helpful. If I was told about the requirement to get an ETA for travel to England I don’t remember. I feel someone should have reminded me before the day I was flying when I had to rush and pay extra to get the authorization in time. There were certainly other reminders I received.

They answered all my questions and were very responsive and provided flexible dates for travel.
