Ordered product Centellian24 time reverse season7 from Luxiface. Difficult to get this product in my country hence ordered from South Korea. Great customer service and fast delivery and authentic product. Nice to get free mask and few sachet samples along with the products. Recommend Luxiface for Kbeauty products not available locally.

Worse terrible service

I ordered worth $200 and they say shipping free than all of sudden fedex is asking me for shipping plus custom
And i email them so many times terrible customer service and attitude

And i still did not rec my parcel

Item never received. Contacted customer service several time and just get fobbed off. Despite a trustpilot token reply 5 day days ago still no parcel or any refund. Scam.

Once again had a great experience ordering from you guys and will definitely be ordering again in the future.

Commande passé depuis la France, d'une trentaine d'euro. À la réception, suprise, obligé de payer des frais de douanes ! Je n'ai pas vu sur le site qu'il y aurait des frais de douanes possible.
Dommage le site propose de bon prix mais avec les frais de douane ça gache tout.
Je retournerai sur Stylevana où il y a pas de douanes. Très déçu.

A - mazing! I've order from them twice, and it won't be my last time! Customer service - 10/10. From the day I placed my order to the day I've recieve it was excatly 10 days! Very quick and I am really happy with the service as well!

The shipping took like a week. It was super fast and the shipping was free because my order was 145$ (anything more than 99$ has free shipping). The product was authentic and the price was a steal compared to other websites I was looking at. I did have to pay a customs fee cuz I live in Canada and it was 27$ bit of a bummer but it's not the company's fault. Even with the customs fee it was still cheaper than buying it elsewhere bc I bought a beauty device that's popular in Korea but not so much outside of Korea. They also had a rlly good deal on sunscreen 25$ for 2 cell fusion sunscreens. I saw the deal in the cart cuz they were promoting it but when I tried searching for it in the search bar, it didn't come up. That was kind of weird so either that was a special deal I got cuz I was buying something on the expensive side or their search engine kinda doesn't work lol. I was hesitant to buy something so expensive since there aren't many trust pilot reviews but ya it's legit at least from my experience it's a trustworthy website.

Was hesitant at first because of certain negative reviews, but ended up being really happy with the whole process. I feel that delivery might has even taken less time than advertised

i live in Dublin {Ireland} and ordered product from you guys since November 2024 till now January 2025 i have not gotten my product ,they told me it FedEx i called FedEx ask me to pay custom duty i did ,till now nothing happen and the costumer service then now stopped responding to my emails ,this is so bad ,u cant say i dint wait enough ,if you cant give me the product i paid for then refund me simple jezzz

WOW!!!! It's been almost one week since I began to apply the product Ohui, the First Geniture, that I ordered from Luxiface... WOW!!! My skin looks ten years younger, believe me! My hairdresser, who is 21 years old (I am 60), told me today that my skin was amazing. We never talked about my age, but she was confused when I said 60!

All my wrinkles are reduced, my pores are reduced, my redness has disappeared... This product is simply WOW. Magic in a bottle!

Never sticky or greasy like too many serums I tried, and it is a face oil! My skin just seems to drink every drop, and the feeling is so good, I smile, talk, laugh and my face acts the same as when I was much younger: it is supple, it follows my movements, it is not creepy anymore!!!

You know what??? It is the first time I can wear foundation since about 5 years!!! My skin's texture was too uneven and I looked like a clown with makeup on. Of course, now I don't need to apply full coverage with this «treatment», but I like a sheer and glowy finish.

I love to do business with Luxiface, their customer service (or should I say «clientele»!) is awesome, very rare in e-commerce. You need advices, you can always ask, the answer comes quickly, this business is really willing to help you with products they truly know!

This is my fourth time ordering from them, never a deception, and I will continue to do so. The shipping is fast, for a Singapore-based company (comparing to USA... I live in Canada), packaging is great (nothing damaged).

Salil, the Customer Care Manager, is amazing, she does follow-ups and makes sure that you are happy with your purchase. And they always add a sample of another product, so you can try different brands and quality skincare. Thumbs up!
