If you want to return an item to this company be aware that they only give you 14 days to return, they also state they will get back to you in a few hours after you message them, actually it takes 6 days to get back to you even after consistant messages and emails sent, that now leaves you 8 days for you to return an item. Also be aware if you remove the plastic sleeve around the item they will not return the item, so dont look at what you have purchased if you can believe that! Be very cautious of what you buy from this company.

Don't waste your money! Product produced zero results, and customer services not interested in the least!

An absolute joke! I would not even trust to put that thing on my body! The material is very cheap and dodgy to use it!

Great product easy to use well worth the money.

Avoid ordering from here. Ordered with next day delivery took 5days to arrive, was delivered to the wrong address only way to find this out was because another of my parcels had been delivered at the same time also to wrong address. Wasn’t able to check tracking as it said the postcode was wrong - it wasn’t. Customer service non existent.
Claim opened with bank to get money back.
Advise if you’re purchasing an item like this look elsewhere as you’ll be left in the dark going with this company. No idea whether item works as not received but going by reviews, probably a good shout not receiving it.

Appears to be a scam company, ordered ipl laser with next working day delivery. Item has no arrived and all my emails to the company have been ignored.

Absolutely awful, DO NOTBUY, does not work at all. Company get back to you eventually telling you to persevere a bit longer and will then look to refund/resolve. I persevered, no results, utter rubbish and got no refund. PLEASE do not waste your money

It does not remove hair.
I’ve been trying this product for several months now and there has been no change at all.

If it could leave a minus stars i would, disgusting customer service. Doesn't answer emails so unable to get refund

Very bad experience. I bought Ipl hair removal few weeks ago. Product doesn’t work so I contacted them to get a return code he never sent me. So i applied dispute resolution, after that received threatening and harassing email and WhatsApp message which is very unprofessional and disrespectful.

Product didn’t work and they have the most appealing customer service, having to contact them multiple times they are then rude and do not help at all, an absolute scam

AVOID THIS COMPANY the name of this person is Abubakar Vans Do not trust this person or company. The item took almost 3 weeks to arrive. They ignored every email I sent them. The phone number on the website does not exist! I contacted my bank after 2 weeks of being ignored and the bank gave my money back. A couple of days later the Product arrived! I then got a message from the company telling me if I didn't give the money back they would put me all over tick tock! I blocked them, they then sent a message from a different number calling me a silly T**t, vile people. They have the money back now by going through the correct route of contacting their bank, I had to tell them to contact their bank as they obviously have no idea how finance's or business work. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE

I bought the device in November 2025 and by January 2026 it was no longer working/ flashing I emailed asking about the warranty and recieved no response, Would not recommend.

It seems impossible to return the item. It is not working for me.

Absolutely shocking customer service! As a matter of fact customer service does not exist!! The appliance is total rubbish and a waste of money. I requested a refund the day I received the item and several times since but no reply or acknowledgement from the company. Stay well clear of this company they are crooks.

Unlike some unfortunate souls on here, I was fortunate enough to get a refund (clearpay/credit card recommended next time as it gives you extra buyers protection), however it didn't come without its challenges. Named challenges are a person in charge of their emails, who would prefer to insult customers, suggest they're poor and possess poor grammar. *UPDATE* Further to my review, they like to stalk social media profiles, threaten karma upon customers and cast false accusations around of someone being a nonce. Whatever your plan is for my "karma", I would like to remind you of slander and deformation so maybe think before you throw your toys further out of the pram than you already have!

Review of the product, its cheap. It feels cheap, looks cheap, is cheap. Entices you with next day delivery, hides behind an asterisk with "may take upto 10 days". Doesn't work without a power cord (even though photos show model appearing to use without cord). Will shell out for the £500 phillips on as they suggested, with a huge grin on my face because I can afford to.
