Parcel never received no refund given

Scam. Ve careful

The garmet ordered was poor quality and nothing like the online picture. On requesting to return it I was offered 10% of the price as a refund and the option to keep it, i chose to return it. This cost me over £18 to deliver to China. some 4 months later the parcel has bounced back having been refused/unclaimed in China

I ordered a short winter coat from here. It looked like great quality from the pictures, however, not only did it take weeks to arrive when it did some of the attachments had fallen off and the quality was poor.

When I contacted the company they offered me a 10% refund and keep the coat or a full refund if I sent the coat back. I then emailed back and asked if I would need to post it at my own expense and I have had no reply even though I’ve chased two or three times since.

The coat was advertised for £100 and sold for £50 under special offer but it’s not worth £5.

Do not purchase from this company.
Not in the UK and the returns cost more than the items.
Customer service take months to reply. Awful service

Absolutely disgusting customer service. After numerous emails sent from myself about not receiving my dress, I eventually got one back with random tracking details and a picture of a parcel outside of a letterbox which isn't mine. I have asked for a full refund twice and am being completely ignored. Do not buy from this website!!!!

Dresses arrived, terrible quality, thin as a sheet of paper despite looking better quality online.
Enquired about a return for a refund. Told I could either keep the dresses and receive a 10% refund or to return for full refund if I paid for P&P. Obviously I wanted to return as paid over £60 for 2 dresses. Turns out the warehouse is in China despite being called Luxoni London… red flag…
Paid for international shipping another £10…
Package then sat at customs for weeks. I contacted the courier to ask what’s going on and they said they needed Luxoni to respond to their phone calls/letters as they hadn’t provided sufficient customs information on their form/package. Luxoni customer services gave empty promises that they’d look into it but after that email I received no further replies to my emails. Luxoni did not respond to any of their attempts and now the parcel is being sent back to me. 2 months later.

I think this company is an absolute joke. The quality of the product is disgusting and it’s over £30.00 if you want to return an product.
When you email regarding returns they tell you they will refund 10 percent of what you paid. As if this isn’t insulting enough they just ignore your emails and do nothing of the sort.
This should be shut down as a company and had probably scammed so many people out of there money it’s a joke. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME BUYING WITH THEM !!!

Really dissatisfied! Small sizes. Really thin poor quality!

There is no way to refund. Arrived cheap stuff. Paid £80 but stuff are not even worth £10. Now no response to emails, no clue on how to return.

Absolute shocking company!! Do not waste your money nor time. Claim to have a shop in London but you can't find address. Ordered from China. Taken over 2 weeks to come yet from other companies England based you get it same week.

I bought a dress which wasn’t suitable and had to contact this company to arrange a return. I was then informed that the item had to be returned to an address in China (at my expense which was going to be around £17) even though the item was sent from UK. If this had have been clear I certainly would not have purchased from the company and 100% never will again.

Ordered a dress for a special occassion with plenty of time for arrival. Firstly it did not arrive in time, took over 3 weeks. When it arrived, it was unrecognisable to what I ordered. Cheap and nasty material too. I've tried for a refund and I'm being told return to Asia at my own expense or they'll give me 10% and I can regift it. I wouldn't use it to clean up my puppy's pee. So disappointed that I fell for the "london" part and presumed it was a UK website. DO NOT BE FOOLED!!!!!

I didn't even recognise what I had been sent. The dress is nothing like the picture and the material and cut is awful. Lesson learned, don't buy stuff without checking trust pilot first. So disappointing £38 wasted and no one responds to emails.

Misleading and poor Quality!!
Ordered two dresses for £60 again was mislead the same as other purchasers, advertising a shop in London which is clearly fake. I ordered two different dresses although I got 2 of the same, poor quality and cheap material. Lesson learnt to check trustpilot when you don't know the store. I won't even try for a refund as it looks impossible based on other comments.

Oh dear, I really wish I had seen these reviews before I paid £60 on 2 dresses. Literally the worst material and clothing I have ever seen. One of the items was meant to be a dress however it is a cheap two piece. I have received a return address but looks like it just could be somebody's house in China and not a real company. How can they get away as advertising they are in London, having a shop front on their website when this is all lies. I guess from these review there is no point in returning as I won't get a refund anyway :(

Do not order from this company. When the clothes finally come, they looked nothing like the picture, or fit the way they should. When a refund is requested, they want you to return to CHINA! So much for London!! Of course the cost of returning it makes it pointless so they try to catch you with an offer of 10% refund to keep the crap. Never again!
