NO QUESTIONS ANSWERED ONCE ITEMS HAVE BEEN LISTED, BECAUSE THE ITEMS ARE NO LONGER ON SITE.

Great Experience with Fast Delivery
Really happy with the service provided. The items were very well packed, they offered combined shipping at a very competitive price (which is unusual these days), and delivery was extremely fast. The auction was on Thursday, and I received my items on Saturday! The items were in even better condition than expected. I’m very pleased with the whole experience.

My husband’s experience buying from…
My husband’s experience buying from ‘Luxoris was enjoyable and he is immensely thrilled with his purchase. However as so happens with distance sellers his experience was severely tarnished by DPD.
Please can I ask Luxoris to revisit the decision of their chosen courier and instead use Royal Mail, let’s face it our postmen know exactly where we live.
It must be written however during the time our purchase was in confused transit, Luxoris went above and beyond keeping us updated.

First time of dealing with Luxoris
First time of dealing with Luxoris, and I am very pleased to have done so.
Having received the two items purchased I can confirm that the description of each on the site was factual.
The invoice received provided a full description of the purchased items, including clear instructions of payment procedure.
The buying fee was a third of what I paid with another auction house for a purchase the previous day.
Delivery charges were also 50% less.
The goods arrived, safely packaged, within 48 hours of purchase.
The only slight criticism I have is the sound system used on that day was very difficult to hear on occasion. But I am sure that is something that can be easily remedied.
Overall a good experience, maintain the high standards.

Excellent and Professional Service…
I just wanted to say how impressed I am with Luxoris. This was the first time that I had bidded for items at this auction house. The whole process was so professional and efficient. Their postage rates are very low and the dispatch time was incredible. So refreshing to see when so many other auction houses come no way near their excellent service. I will certainly be bidding again at any future auctions that they may have in the future and would highly recommend them.

Exceptional Auction House - The Best
At a recent Auction, I purchased 7 items from Luxoris. This was my first time dealing with them and I have been pleasantly surprised by their very prompt and professional service. The auction listing had good photos and good description to start. The payment process was easy and an excellent postage service was offered at a reasonable at par price. (Most other auction houses I know tend to rip customers off with postage)
I must also add that the posted lots were extremely carefully packed. This is attention to detail is a mark of a company that cares.
Most importantly their surcharge and premium on hammer price is one of the most reasonable in my experience. I really hope that Luxoris will continue this and not become greedy like other auction houses who take very fat commissions from buyers and sellers alike.
Well done Luxoris and please keep up the very good work you are already doing. I will wholeheartedly recommend this auction house to anyone looking to buy from them.
