Problemi di accesso ai dati dell'inverter

Ho installato un inverter ibrido di questa azienda un paio di anni fa e sinora è andato tutto ok. I problemi sono iniziati quando ho cambiato la rete wi fi con una più avanzata. A quel punto l'inverter è diventato cieco, praticamente non si connette più ad internet impedendomi qualsiasi lettura dei dati e qualsiasi manutenzione. Ho scritto all'assistenza e mi hanno risposto che devo cambiare rete e riportarla a quella vecchia! Poichè io ci lavoro con internet e non mi è possibile lavorare con una rete più lenta, avrò un inverter quasi inutilizzabile. Sconsiglio

Kudos to Luxpower team (Ayoub, Andy & Co

Kudos to Luxpower team, especially Ayoub and Andy, for top-tier customer service. I had a unique situation. My SA-bought, Zim-based inverter malfunctioned. With no Zim repair centre, Ayoub was very patient and creative, arranging a Zim 3rd party to assess the hardware. Eventually, Luxpower sent me a new inverter, of which they had no obligation, as the original dealer/supplier was unhelpful. Thanks team and all technicians from SA, California, China who assisted

Hinaess Powergem Max install and update

Called Luxpower just before closing time to speak to a someone about installing a new Hinaess max battery . I did install and all was good and so the next morning i received a call from Ayoub at Luxpower and i gave him the info and he said we need to do Software update on inverter and new Battery . So thank you Luxpower an Ayoub for the great Service !!!

La mia esperienza? Inqualificabili!!! Mi associo alle lamentele di tanti altri per i problemi delle componenti degli impianti e soprattutto per l'assistenza che non assiste proprio in niente ...peraltro abbiate la compiacenza di rispondere in italiano!!! problemi con i dongle che non si collegano e quindi non mi permettono di monitorare da remoto il funzionamento dell'inverter, anche a me hanno fatto spendere tanti altri soldi per potenziare la rete ma il problema persiste! Non si riesce a capire come vengano gestiti prelievo e cessione dalla rete e carica delle batterie d'accumulo. Esempio: batterie cariche e prelevo dalla rete...produzione fotovoltaico maggiore del carico domestico anziché caricare le batterie ( scariche) cede in rete...quattro batterie che si caricano una diversa dall'altra e non riesco mai a raggiungere l'accumulo massimo!!
tengo a precisare che si tratta di un impianto di un anno e mezzo ancora in garanzia (forse e proprio questo il problema!?) qualcuno si è perfino proposto di intervenire ma "fuori garanzia"!!!??? è da almeno un anno che l'installatore prova a risolvere i problemi ma non riesce forse perché incapace lui!!? Probabilmente si!!! mi ha detto di rivolgermi all'assistenza perché sono problemi di lux power. contatto l'assistenza rappresento i problemi e chiedo di avere informazioni su altro installatore autorizzato/ certificato luxpower e mi rispondono; che è molto facile eseguire la procedura di connessione dei dongle e che cmq sono problemi che deve risolvere l'installatore perché l utente finale non deve mettere le mani sui parametri dell'inverter e nei settaggi delle batterie e chi lo dovrebbe fare "l'incapace" !!!!??? alle lamentele rispondono che non possono "testare" gli installatori!!! io ritengo che quantomeno per il tramite dei fornitori ufficiali dovrebbero invece garantire persone qualificate. Complimenti alle politiche di marketing di luxpower e alla formazione dei suoi operatori. avviate pratiche legali, tutto documentato con foto, registrazioni telefoniche e testimonianze. Siete pessimi e sconsigliatissimi!

Lux Dongle and customer service…

Contacted Lux regarding dongle not working/connecting to wifi- initially they told me they would send another dongle. I then got a call from a guy promising to fix the issue- the fix worked for a couple of weeks and he promised that if I needed more help to contact him- he was not so friendly from this point! I was told when I first called that the dongle had a 5 yr warranty - now they are telling me it only has a 2 yr warranty and that i will have to pay for a new dongle when they get them in stock. I am not confident with anything they are telling me. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID we are stuck with they system, unless we want to pay £££ more to move to a different inverter- Utterly disgusted with this service/product

NON COMBRATE DA QUESTA AZIENDA

E' da più di 2 mesi che continuo a mandare mail al servizio assistenza, ma MAI NESSUNA RISPOSTA!!!
Una azienda cosi SQUALLIDA, cosi INESPERTA, che abbandona a se stesso il cliente, non l'ho mai trovata.... VERAMENTE ORRIBBILE il loro operato.
NON COMPRATE MAI QUESTA MARCA E DA QUESTA AZIENDA.....

I have a DIY Lux sna5000 inverter with 2 batteries system running for over 2 years now without any issues, and very happy with it, and have plans to parallel it with another sna5000 in future.

LuxPower SNA5000

As a DIY installation the inverter was easy to install and commission. The dongle was a bit iffy to install and connect, took a few tries to get it right. The WhatsApp support groups are efficient and the support team very helpful and professional. Updates over WiFi run great. Mobile app and web login offer convenience and flexibility to change settings, and the data is useful to monitor system efficiency.

Satisfied 3yr customer

I’ve had 2 x SNA500 installed and working perfectly for the past 3 years. Very happy with my purchase and the after sales support in the WhatsApp group. After my experience I recommended to my brother who got the same setup as mine. One of his inverters failed after 6 months and it was repaired and replaced without any issues.

Best decision ever

I am an installer and have been installing Luxpower since 2018.
Growing with Luxpower over the last 7 years has been the best experience. With Luxpower, you get family. In South Africa, the support community is one of the best i have experienced.
