Revamping our kitchen we were looking for tiles for the walls. I spotted this tile on the web-site and was able to secure aa sample, for the modest price of £ 2.99 + postage. I really like the tile, which arrived promptly, but due to an oversight on our behalf; it turned out we didn't need any tiles for the walls at all. However, should we have needed tiles I would have been more than happy to consider the tile chosen; as the quality appeared to be excellent and it looked very good too. The firm took my decline of purchasing any more tiles very well. It was a pleasure; almost doing business with them.

Was very impressed with the sample tile i ordered and the email update to let me know one of the two was no longer available. The bigger sample size really helps especially when there is a pattern. Went on to order the tile for my bathroom refurb and received a phone call the same day to agree a delivery date. Tiles arrived as planned and look great. I emailed Mo to ask for a copy of the invoice and had a response the same day with it attached. All in all very friendly and prompt service for a very good price. Would definately use again.

Found the tiles I really liked - ordered them and they arrived promptly and in perfect condition. Needed a couple of additional tiles, picked them up and was treated to a cuppa. You can't get better than that!

I ordered both floor and wall tiles from this company for my bathroom refurbishment , and I have to say they have been outstanding.
Mo was incredibly helpful and patient with me and kept communication with me throughout the process, despite me having to place subsequent smaller orders later on because I hadn’t done my homework properly!
Nothing was too much trouble and the company went above and beyond to deliver a first class service.
All the tiles were great quality and very stylish and I wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again.

Following our order the tiles were delivered promptly, though unfortunately one box had been broken in transit but having contacted Mo, it was replaced very quickly.
The only minor point we could have been kept better informed of the delivery schedule.

I bought some samples from these guys. They are a good size, not tiny offcuts, and gave me a good idea of what the finished renovation would look like, once I can get planning through.
Mo is a very friendly helpful chap, and I think he will go the extra mile to help his customers. Would recommend.

Great customer care. I ordered some samples and an email query was quickly responded to by Mo via phone. He was very helpful in discussing my requirements and although the samples weren't quite what I was looking for (which is why it is always advisable to order samples before committing to a purchase), I found the customer service and follow up to be impressive.
