I’ve gotten 2 bags from luxury exchange and they are absolutely beautiful, come with their authenticity certs and the condition is amazing. Cait and Jack make the lives so fun to watch and make such a big deal when you buy a bag and that’s honestly the feeling missing when you buy from the luxury brand shops. This is my second purchase from Luxury Exchange, a LV pouch, it arrived today and the quality has exceeded my expectations as Cait herself described it as 8/10 condition, but I see no flaws just a little general wear that you would expect while buying preloved items. It came with an entrupy cert of authenticity. Overall delighted with my purchase and I will continue to watch the daily lives to see all the pretty bags.

The whole experience was wonderful!! I was helped online via instagram dm, I advised them my price range, preference of brands I liked, and bag size I was looking for. They very quickly responded with a photo of the beautiful Gucci Bowler bag, which I purchased! The delivery was very quick, and I am over the mooon with my new handbag!!🥰
I like how they also included a laminated card with the entrupy authenticity code too! Other pre-loved designer retailers that I have purchased from in the past, have provided me with an A4 piece of paper with the entrupy code, but the laminated card is much more sufficient and that way I can keep it in the bag at all times, and I won’t lose it!
The only slight fault I can give is, I was advised the bag was in “mint condition” and although yes, it is in good condition!! I would not have said “mint condition” (to me, “mint”is to describe brand new, almost never worn, no signs of wear etc) as there are definite signs of tarnishing and stains on the leather part of the bag. However, this doesn’t bother me too much at all! It also didn’t come with a duster bag which was disappointing, but thankfully I have many spare myself though!

Overall experience was fantastic and I will certainly go to Luxury Exchange when looking to purchase my next designer item! Thank you so much for your help in finding me the perfect handbag! 🥰

The bag was sent very promptly and included the entrupy cert to verify it's authenticity. Cait and Jack were a pleasure to deal with, all questions answered and the value was amazing.
