The product is what you see online

The product is what you see online. The delivery was smooth and they even double checked the product due to the cardboard packaging being slightly damaged. After sale contact to ensure we were ok to put it all together. We are very happy with the result.

The furniture itself is well made top quality…

The furniture itself is well made top quality teak but aside from those essentials dealing with Luxus was easy, pleasant, and efficent.
The erection team was first class. On time, efficent, and tidy.
The entire purchase, delivery and erection was trouble free and pleasant. Somwhat unusual in current times.

Couldn't fault the guys at Luxus, the customer service was excellent and they kept me informed every step of the way and not to mention, the product looks beautiful on our patio

Quality furniture,

Quality furniture.
The quality of both the timber and machining gives a great result.
The only issues were in delivery and were promptly sorted by Luxus.

Experience could have been better

I ordered 2 teak outdoor chairs online and would have liked to sit in them first but were told by the company there was no showroom. The chairs arrived broken and we refused to accept them (we assume this happened in transit rather than at the source). I then waited more than a week for the company to contact us with some sort of apology and a new delivery date but had no contact so we eventually emailed them. I did then get an apology and a new delivery date. The second order of chairs were intact and appeared well made. However they were not as comfortable as I had hoped so I will not be buying any more of that design as originally intended.

We want to firstly apologise that the chairs in your initial delivery arrived damaged, this is highly unusual and we are sorry for the disappointment this caused for you. We do have a two-stage quality control process, however unfortunately in rare instances damage can occur in transit and we regret any inconvenience this has caused for you.

Routinely, when we receive communication that an order has arrived damaged our team will reach out to our customers directly to resolve this swiftly. We unfortunately did not receive a notification from our dispatch partners on this occasion to notify us that the chairs were damaged, so we do sincerely apologise that you were not contacted promptly.

Scam - do not buy

We purchased a table 12 weeks ago after being told delivery would take 4 weeks. We still don’t have the table and have not been given a confirmed or even estimated delivery date. The company has never contacted us — every update has only come after we chased them, and each time we’re given a new date that passes with no communication, leading us to again follow up. They have made repeated promises and failed to act on them.

They advertise as an Australian-based business with products in Sydney, yet we were charged a $200 international fee and later told the product was coming from overseas. Phone contact goes to a message service, and the only "communication" is via email.

At this stage, we strongly believe this company is not trustworthy and is a scam and we would advise others to avoid purchasing from them.

This furniture is absolutely…stunning

This furniture is absolutely beautiful...ours arrived yesterday and we are so excited to sit with our family around this gorgeous setting.It is comfortable and the semi round end benches set it iff beautifully.We also love the vision of this company and the sustainability.

Great customer service

The team were excellent to talk to and deal with at the home show. We have our 2 new outdoor settings are we are really happy with them. We are happy to recommend Matt and his team.
