Całe doświadczenie było spokojne, uczciwe i dobrze zaplanowane. Nic nie wydawało się wymuszone ani mylące, co jest dokładnie tym, czego szukam podczas zakupów online.

Zamówiłam podczas promocji i spodziewałam się jakiegoś kompromisu, ale jakość w niczym nie odbiega od tego, co oferują produkty w regularnej cenie.

J’ai ouvert un ticket sur paypal, et ils ont donné gain de cause à luzdu car sur leur site le tissu n’est pas précisé. Au début ils ont voulu me rembourser la moitié du montant de l’article en gardant l’article, mais de fermer ma requête PayPal. Après refus de PayPal, plus aucune nouvelle de mon soi-disant remboursement à fuir absolument, je comprends pas pourquoi des sites pareils sont encore actifs.

I had a terrible experience with Luzdu. The jeans I received were clearly counterfeit and did not match the description or quality promised on their website. When I reached out to customer service to report the fake items, they were completely unhelpful and offerd just 20% of the refund.
They refused a standard refund and insisted I ship the package back to China at my own expense. This is a common tactic used by fraudulent sites to trap your money. Do not trust this site!"

Der Shop möchte mir kein Rücksendeetikett zuschicken und sendet mir stattdessen eine Rabattmöglichkeit für die Artikel, die ich zurücksenden möchte. Trotz mehrmaligen Emails, dass ich das Rücksendeetikett möchte und keine Angebote, keine Rücksendemöglichkeit. Ich würde hier auf keinen Fall mehr bestellen!

Zamówiłam spodnie, niestety niezgodne z opisem. Fatalne wykonanie, tania podróba. Na zdjęciu oferują zupełnie co innego niż na żywo. Firma znajduje się w Holandii a produkt zlecają odesłać do Chin na mój koszt. Oszustwo pod każdą postacią. Nie polecam,Szkoda, że wcześniej nie przeczytałam opinii o sklepie....czuje się oszukana i okradziona na sporą kwotę.

If to be honest not even one star for this shop . I ordered jeans and paid over £40 the quality is so awful doesn’t even match the picture been showing on the website and size way too big I ordered size xs and I got size M and honestly I would never wear this jeans u can get in primark better quality.

I ordered two pairs of jeans for my daughter for Christmas. This website looked like it was based in Europe… yet once I had the tracking number it was clear it was coming from China. Delivery took over one month. Trying to get the details of how to return an item (one size was too small) is pretty much impossible and have been offered 10%?!? Really poor experience! Would definitely not recommend!

Ordered a pair of jeans that took 1 month to arrive. Despite paying £40 the quality was awful and did not fit properly. Contacted customer service was offered 10% refund and keep the jeans which I refused, now a 20% refund or 75% voucher to keep the jeans. When I asked for money back they said I have to pay postage back to China and if item is lost of damaged on arrival I get nothing. If you order from this site you have no chance of a full refund should the item be unsuitable

Contacted customer service who offered a 10% refund and us to keep the jeans, then a 20% refund or 75% voucher to keep the jeans. When I asked for money back I was expected to cover the cost of a recorded delivery back to china . Please be careful when using this website , there is no sizing guide so it’s lottery . It seems they will do everything to stop you returning items. This website suggests it’s in Europe but the jeans were shipped from china
