I took my husbands Tudor Rolex to be repaired, serviced and polished so that we could pass it on to our son . From start to finish the whole experience was professional , they kept me updated at every step , and the finish was beyond belief, it’s like a new watch and there was a few tears shed when my son opened it !
We also got to watch a YouTube video of the watch being repaired.

Having followed Charlie’s regular posts on YouTube for sometime and being very impressed with his premises and high standards a friend and I sent 7 Rolex watches to be serviced. From the first telephone call with Josh to viewing 3 of our watches being serviced by Dan everything has been exemplary. The standard of finish is like new and the whole process seamless. My son has now sent 3 further Rolexes for service. I wholeheartedly recommend LWC. Outstanding service.

Made an enquiry about getting my OP 41 polished as wear it daily and had some quite heavy scratches on the bezel and clasp. LWC were honest with me and said that some of the deeper scratches might not come out. I then received the watch and it was like brand new and couldn’t believe how excellent the polish was. The whole process was very easy and LWC arranged for collection and watch dropped bac off for a very fair price. Thank you to the service team and Josh for completing the works for me. Excellent Job

I have been looking for many years to find a company that I trusted enough to service my late father’s Rolex watch. After watching the YouTube videos for many months, I decided to go ahead and send my watch into LWC. I was not disappointed with my decision. The care they have taken is obvious, the watch was in desperate need of some restoration especially on the bracelet. It’s now like new. The communication was fantastic and the genuine enthusiasm for their customers and business definitely comes through.

Prompt and clear response to my request for a repair quotation for my wristwatch. Seamless organisation of courier collection. LWC acknowledged receipt, kept me informed of progress, and returned it by courier as promised. Turnaround within 21 days as promised. Watch runs beautifully. Overall, excellent service from people I believe one can trust - a rarity these days.

Excellent experience with LWC services. Sent watch (Rolex Hulk) for validation, service and polish. They did an express service for me as I needed a quick turn around, had watch back within a week. Excellent communication through out. Polish was done very sympatheticly, and I am thrilled with the results, watch is 10 yrs old and looks like new.
